Progress and direction....

Recommended Posts

For the past week I've started to narrate to my tulpa as ive been working and throughout the day passively. At night I have been coming on here a lot reading upon things and such and my clarity of mind is piecing together what I need to do to continue on working with my tulpa. At night before I have been going to bed ive tried my hand at some active forcing and trying to focus a lot more on my tulpa during the night. I have noticed that the more focus and attention and the more I think about being together with my tulpa ive experienced a couple of times a bit of head pressure. But ive only noticed this at night when I try to keep all of my focus on my tulpa.

Ive expressed to my tulpa that I want it to be happy with what it wants for itself and that I await the day we can communicate more.

My questions I still have would it be wise to go ahead and give my tulpa a temporary form and name? Ive decided to skip personality too. Another thing that I have been doing is trying to get better at meditation to help clear my mind of things...

This has become important to me I feel as this is something truly special and unique and I do look forward to what the future brings out of this experience. I look forward to having someone to talk too and to help each other out and more :)

Yes, I would say so. A name promotes a sense of self in your tulpa - you would obviously feel like a very anonymous, perhaps even less important, sort of person if you had no name to go by at all other than a descriptor ("tulpa"). Even if it's something simple and temporary, they will in most cases like having something to call their own, and build upon it. Same with form - they may change it, but they'll be glad you gave them something.

The above post does not contain facts.

q2's the host, QB's the tulpa.

Yeah that makes sense of course. I suppose the best thing now is devoted time trial and error. All these methods and information on this site was daunting but it is not as hard as you can make it out to be. Trust, faith, and believeing is key I see now

When I first started, I used what I called a, "thought nebula". It was basically this stormy cloud looking thing that I had in y head that I narrated to. I skipped form (aside from that), personality, voice...I basically left everything up to my thought nebula. I passive force almost constantly (or try to). One day, during my active forcing, I couldn't see the thought nebula any more. It wasn't gone, it had been replaced by an egg. The had had it's own texture, color and pattern, even a smell. It wasn't like a tactile hallucination either, I couldn't physically smell it, but somehow I knew that it smelled faintly of raw soy oil.

I just continued to narrate and let it know that no matter what it became, I would love and accept it. I knew this method would allow my subconscious to give me the tupper I needed instead of just what I wanted.

Just keep doing what you're doing. There really is no right or wrong way.
