Pulse and breathing

Recommended Posts

Anyone ever put these factors in?

I just thought of them as I visualised my Tulpa's arms. When I got to the wrist and imagined some faint veins I thought that they should have a pulse. This got my thinking about feeling breath coming from the nose or mouth.

Anyone put these in when they make their tulpa?

Anyone with a tulpa- can you feel these in your tulpa?

If you want your tulpa to have a pulse and breathing, then visualising how they look is indeed good.

I didn't spend much time on pulse, but I'm working on breath, definitely.

>wake up

>feel the tulpa's breath on your back

And that's why.

I did include veins and circulatory and respiratory systems after yesterday. As I mentioned in my progress report, forcing bones fixed the problem of changing proportions that I had early on in visualization, and then it was suggested that I also force muscles in order to help for when I move onto motion and touch. I decided just to go ahead and force circulation and respiration while I was at it because I figured it would make her appear more natural. A lot of the small motions that humans do that make a real person look more natural than say a really realistic robot or 3D rendering is due to breathing and blood flow, so I figured I'd end up with an uncanny valley tulpa if I didn't include those things.

I might try that too, sounds like a timesink at least. Other than looking at the skin and maybe touching there isn't much to visualisation of the form. Adding stuff like lungs and stuff could help for sure.

In the first stages of visualization, breath seems really good at helping you to imagine that your tulpa is alive rather than just an inert ball of thoughts. It helped me in just the last few minutes of visualizing after I read this post. Reminds me of

(skipped to the relevant section) on TED by the guys who made
. The same principles can be applied to tulpaforcing, I'm sure.

That was also part of the reasoning too, considering I had planned on spending about nine hours on just establishing and fleshing out her nude form and accomplished that in five. I have found though, that her form is very consistent and seems rather natural now that I included all of her natural inner anatomy. When I spent an hour late last night before bed doing personality review and a long narration session, it really helped me feel like she was there and listening when I was able to watch her sit there and breathe and stuff while I rambled on.

I also have this cube. I have had it since the very first hour of personality forcing. I originally intended to put emotions and traits into it and then unlock it somehow to put them into the tulpa, but it didn't really work.

What is curious though is that whenever I pick it up it is still brimming with the energy and thought I put into it. I might just put it in her chest instead of a conventional heart. Like a power core or something.

They say you should do about 15 hours approx on form. Does that include or exclude time you can put into making clothes and things? Does she have to be naked for the whole time and then she just get's clothes or do you need to force some clothes?
