Questions about the Creation Phase

So this is the first time I've created a tulpa of my own and I have a few questions about the creation process. I know it's a personal thing different for everyone, but I think these few questions should be answerable:

1) So I have very poor first person visualization. Either I visualize in third person, or I'll visualize like I'm a ghost and have no body. Is it okay if I use these techniques during the creation process, or will it slow things down/prevent progress? I guess I can practice and get better at first person if need be.

2) Whenever I visualize and I'm narrating to him about what he's like, I don't really get distracted, but my mind takes over my visualization. It's not longer him and I in Wonderland, it's him (and sometimes I) in various situations. For instance, while I tell him X traits cause him to enjoy piano, my mind imagines a scenario of him sitting by my piano while I watch TV and he's 'playing' (I use quotes like that because he can't physically touch the keys, but he is using my memories of piano playing to replicate the sound of each key as he plays). Or if I tell him he's a compassionate and caring person, I image me sick in bed with a flu or something and him sitting by my bed keeping me company instead of hiding off in wonderland. I haven't tried to eliminate these tangents because I feel like they should help the process, right? More so than just staring at his lifeless form in wonderland at least. Would I be right, or do I need to stop that and focus primarily on him?

3) How effective is it to, say, while driving imagine him in the backseat of the car and just narrate to him like that out loud on my daily commute? I feel like it means more to me when I'm saying it out loud rather than inside of myself, but I haven't finished any steps (I've barely begun) so maybe this is completely useless until further along?

4) Finally: How fast can the process be to begin hearing or feeling their emotions? Also, what does it all feel like? How can I separate my own emotions, from what he's feeling. And how can I tell when he tells me something in my mind, and whether or not that's my own thoughts? And lastly, what is it like to hear/see them? Is it clear as day, as if they were 100% real?

I think most important thing, is to attach specific emotions and memories to appropriate traits. If jumping from Your wonderland to other places, helps you to concentrate on certain emotions, in my opinion, it should be ok. I did similar thing.

1) Always visualize in first person. Always always always. If you have to work on it, so be it. Also, work on personality before you even attempt visualization. Work on your visualization skills on the side if you want to, but it doesn't count towards total time or anything. Do one thing at a time.

2)While working on personality do not do the form at all. Period. The form is not WHO the tulpa is, it's WHAT the tulpa is and should be completely unrelated for the most part. What you're doing is also considered parroting, and is detrimental to the process because you're moving the tulpa like a puppet and may not be able to know if he's moving by himself or not. All the future doubt involved makes for a sticky situation. Also, parroting can lead to a servitor.

3)Imposing before the tulpa is sentient leads to just a lifeless image. You can't imagine them with you in the real world before you've really understood every nook and cranny in your mind's eye. In addition, you should not be narrating before personality is done, because it will take longer to build sentience.

4)Feeling their emotions will not come until the tulpa is notably sentient. Everything else is completely subjective and depends on the person. Yes, you will see the tulpa 100% real, this is in The Reaches Of Tulpae.

You need to go read the fucking guides, frankly. All these things you're doing are cautioned against, and you're doing everything ass backwards wrong.

I'll go ask my questions on /x/ from now on. This forum takes much longer, has less people participating, and they aren't as big dicks about it. I'm talking explicitly to you admin. The guides address none of my topics and put a lot of emphasis on this "it's a personal experience." And coming from a neurologist, I know what's going on in the human brain witha tulpa, self induced schizophrenia, a hallucinogenic imaginary friend. And after reading numerous blogs and posts and psychology studies, it seems like everyone has different ways, and many successful stories happened in just as much time as your guides, with "ass backwards" methods.

Don't go to /x/. They all hate tulpae. If you don't like my harshness, than there is always a thread on /mlp/ you can go to, as well as a few blogs. But in /x/, if you make a tulpa thread it will be treated with nothing but people basically telling you to fuck off. You won't get help there, you won't get replies beyond "this shit again?!" or whatever.

I tried to help you, I explained what was wrong with what you're doing. If you don't want to take my advice, that's up to you.
