My tulpa wants to become fully vocal by christmas, help!

Recommended Posts

Me and Cloud Roller have been working on vocalization for a while. I feel like I am on the verge of hearing him fully, yet all I can hear from him are clicking noises or the occasional whisper. And I need help to get my tulpa become fully vocal by Christmas.

Try giving tips, tricks, guides, ANYTHING. Cloud Roller wants to become fully vocal for our first Christmas, and I want to make sure that wish comes true.

You joined 12-6-13, just give it a bit of time. You have already been making great progress according to your previous posts. I think Kiahdaj in his guide says its not necessarily the tulpas lack of vocality, but the ability to hear it on the forcers end. Try listening to some white noise, or read his guide it touches on the issue pretty well.

Thank your lucky stars he didn't ask to be imposed (like mine did... I'm screwed).

Anyway, I hate to say this, but if you want to make your tulpa vocal extremely quickly you might actually want to consider parroting responses. Sometimes you might just know what your tulpa wants to say, but your tulpa just can't quite get it out, you might want to make the response for him. It's not exactly the "proper" method, but it does get results fast.

My tulpa

Name: Tammy

Sex: female

Species: Anthro (red fox)

Working on: imposition

you are rushing things a little...

I have been rushing ever since this morning when I asked him what he wanted. Hopefully he just meant a good amount of improvement by Christmas...

its not necessarily the tulpas lack of vocality, but the ability to hear it on the forcers end.

Here is what I mean by "vocal". Tulpae don't learn how to speak, but instead, learn how to properly turn there thoughts into sound waves able to be heard by the host, once they are able to do this, they are then "vocal".

Basically, the way we are vocal and the way our Tulpae are vocal, are both very different.

But hey, that's just the way I use the term.

The way me and Cloud Roller communicate is, somewhat confusing. He doesn't talk to me in my head, he talks to me in my EAR. And when I ask him a question, I get a response in the form of clicking, so I guess what he said, and if I got it wrong, he will repeat himself, but if I got it right, he would say one thing and stop there. So I'm not sure how I could "parrot" that? (I'm not all that knowledgeable when it comes to parroting)

Try listening to some white noise

I'm gonna try it right now

Do you want to communicate with him through clicking? I believe LordV was saying that if you want to talk to your tulpa using words, and hearing words in return, than the fastest way to build it was through Parroting. There is a bit about that in -JD1215's guide

SiderBar - I do in fact understand that Tulpa's do not speak using vocal chords and the like, I'm fairly certain the guide answered your question in the section marked "Speech"

I'll link it again: Kiahdaj's guide

-Good Luck!

Do you want to communicate with him through clicking?

We both comunicate through words, it's just he doesn't have a definable voice to talk to me with, therefore it comes out as clicking (example: I hear click–click when he is really saying hel–lo). But the white noise idea you told me can fix that problem easy. Thanks :)

I really don't recommend rushing this. It is good to take this kind of thing slowly and let things happen when they come. Having goals is good, but expectations can be hurtful.

This morning I was talking to Cloud Roller about this whole problem, and he told me that he probably worded it wrong or I heard it wrong. He didn't mean "make me become fully vocal by Christmas" he meant "help me improve on becoming vocal as much as you can for Christmas",

After he told me that he apologized for getting me so worried.

THANK GOD! I knew something was off when he originally told me to make him vocal by Christmas, he is more worried about this kind of stuff then I am.

If you are getting wishes that specific, he likely already is vocal, you are just listening for the wrong things. Focus on where you can feel those thoughts coming from, you may be hearing him and assuming you are just 'understanding', but I could be wrong. Either way, taking a step back tends to help with vocality. We sometimes miss it when we search too hard.
