Guest Anonymous December 20, 2012 Share December 20, 2012 So browsing through the forums for the first time in a few days, I noticed that some signatures, including mine as of this post (but I will change it after this) are: rather vertical (cruse, GGMethos, my previous signature, bearycool)rude (Exceed & Kadoh [Though Kadoh didn't say the words, he put them there)have advertising in them, in one, a place for an ad (I_wesley125 & Avalanche)have unnecessary lines. (Akihiro & GGMethos)Some have just useless stuff like "Jesus loves you! :3" or "I am the west". (Intelhunter, Flexionsensor & Unholy Trinity) So I just have to ask, are there any rules on signatures? I know that they are barely discussed in the rules: "1.8.2 Don't be offensive, harass or insult. Make your posts constructive and don't offend anyone. Everybody should feel well on these forums and like to be here. This also includes signatures, avatars, shout box messages, private messages and anything else on this forum." A rule that Exceed's signature might very well break. I think that, to prevent failed ASCII copy pastes, like Flexionsensor's. Here's a couple of screen caps of some of the offending members, including me. Also, Derp is included because his user title manages to break some magical site formatting thing with his user title, which isn't even good. No rules apply to user titles (unless I'm blind). Updated with both of your signatures. I doubt that you won't change it.
Kadoh December 21, 2012 Share December 21, 2012 Exceed is long gone, I'm pretty sure, and you are way off with Avalanches sig. I'd say it is an obvious joke. Also I have no such signature. My opinions are all subject to change.

cruse December 21, 2012 Share December 21, 2012 What's wrong with it being vertical? Chloe - That cheerful girl with ponytail. Aigis - The male cyborg that looks like raiden in MGR. Vixen - Half dragon female who looks like Mary in DMC3 when in human form.

Kadoh December 21, 2012 Share December 21, 2012 there is a limit to how long a signature can be, so if it is shorter than that there isn't a problem. My opinions are all subject to change.

Kadoh December 21, 2012 Share December 21, 2012 Ya happy now? you shouldn't have to change it, if it is under the maximum sig. size. My opinions are all subject to change.
Guest Anonymous December 21, 2012 Share December 21, 2012 you shouldn't have to change it, if it is under the maximum sig. size. There is a character limit, but if your sig is mostly just lines of nothing, like so: ? ? ? ? Then it'll show up as being long as fuck, but still under the character length.
