Spark and Shay's Tulpa Adventure

HOLY SHIIIIT...

Major Update, and I found that my plans have been flip-flopped and changed beyond recognition. Apparently Shay has other plans how this will come forth.

Current time forced : 1 1/2 hours

Current step : Personality/Visualization for some reason.

Sentinence? : No. Not yet. There may have been a small pressure earlier.

Responses : Not yet.

Headaches? : Yes.

Tulpa's Sex : Female.

Tulpa's Name : Currently Shay.

6/3 I originally planned on no wonderland, but apparently I was forcing all wrong. When I let my thoughts just wander while in the trance, my wonderland just... formed. Shay also got a body, and everything swapped fast. After my last session I got a headache - so I will continue with these developments.

Wish me luck!

All sounds good. Best of luck.

Thanks! Just a question, but someone told me you can help with tips to get into meditation...?

Does Clair have any suggestions?

Oh yes, meditation. Essentially spacing out/doing minor trancing on purpose. To start, I recommend finding somewhere quite where you aren't going to be disturbed, and getting into a comfortable position and closing your eyes. At that point, try not to think about things. When you get a thought, don't try to force it out or block it but just sort of acknowledge it and let it go on its way. Once you get to a point of clear mindedness (pretty much just not really thinking about anything) you can do whatever. It becomes easier to clear your mind as you do it more as well.

I'm not very good with guides; if you need any questions answered specifically just ask.

Clair simply says treat it as a life long partner from the beginning.

Orange juice helps with concentration headaches.

@Clair : Good thing I'm planning on it.

As another who's seasoned in meditation, a bit of extra advice is to use some white noise. Drowning out potential distractions really helps you venture deeper into your own mind because, not only are you not being brought out of it by random background noises, but you're not worried about it happening either so you can focus totally on the meditation. Also, a lot of us have found the use of a Wonderland (detailed in one of Irish's guides) in helping with visualization and getting into the proper mindset for forcing. I only used it as a state of mind during personality work but now that I'm on visualization I've found it really effective to have a dedicated workspace in my own mind.

I have finished my first session, and it was very relaxing. It was only a short 10 minutes, but it felt right. The tones REALLY helped. Will do more in 5.

Day 2: And currently at 45mins of forcing. I have decided that even if we fail- which we WON'T - learning how to meditate was a good idea.

A quick question to other forcers - How long/short is TOO long/short for a session?

There's no such thing as too long of a session, just a warning that there is the possibility of exerting your brain too much after about 3 hours. Some have reported forcing for as long as 6 hours, though.

As for short, it's debated. Some say that you never get into a concentrated enough state until at least 15 minutes in (therefore an hour minimum is recommended by them), and others say that many quick bursts of 15-30 minutes is better.

It's your mind, do what feels natural.

[Note: Opinions]
