Submental Lymph Nodes Pulsating when Forcing

For the past week my submental lymph nodes have been pulsating a few minutes in when I force. Is this the result of progress or something else? I ask because it has me worried about my health.

RE: Submental Lymph Nodes Pulsating when Forcing

Well, try not to stress them out or anything, don't tense up or rest in an uncomfortable position. If it worries you, relax and rub them a bit every few minutes I guess?

It's not like "Yeah, tulpamancers' submental lymph nodes tend to flare up when first creating a tulpa", but it's not necessarily utterly unrelated. And while it may not be related to progress, you could still be making progress doing whatever makes them uncomfortable, so. I dunno, make sure you're in a comfortable position and not tensing your neck or anything. If it's from the strain of focusing on visualization or meditation or just focusing in general your body isn't used to, it could be akin to head pressures, sure. Not a sign of progress so much as a sign of doing something different than you're used to, but some people like to treat those things as signs of progress anyway.

My tulpas and I have a Q&A thread, which was the first (and largest) of its kind. Feel free to ask us stuff.
