Guest May 30, 2012 Share May 30, 2012 What exactly does the alien feeling feel like? Where does it originate? Sometimes I get a very strong pressure in my "third eye" area (slightly above the point between the eyes). Is this the alien feeling?
Guest May 30, 2012 Share May 30, 2012 No, that's called a headache, quite common when tulpaforcing. And during work What you are describing as "the alien feeling" is probably an emotional response. This usually occurs about 10+ hours into personality work. Note that the "+" could go upwards of 50 hours, for unlucky people I've gotten three or four emotional responses myself. It's like a tingling feeling in your chest area, at least for me, usually accompanied with a headache.
Lulu May 30, 2012 Share May 30, 2012 No. You'll know when you hear a voice in your head that says "yo nigga what's for breakfast?".
tulpatalk May 30, 2012 Share May 30, 2012 It's not an "alien feeling," it's when something that feels alien happens, like it sending emotion or talking or moving on its own. Correct me if I'm wrong. [Note: Opinions]

It didn't happen anywhere near any of the normal pain points for headaches. And it wasn't painful. It was just an intense pressure on one very specific spot. Wireless May 30, 2012 Share May 30, 2012 There are lots of things you may consider "alien", but at least let it adjust to the definition of "alien": it's something that's clearly not yours. Generally you will know this because when you feel it, it will all be like "what the hell I wasn't expecting this at all, nor did I think of it". Headaches and pressure are normal things, but for example, when you're narrating to your tulpa and you get a sudden emotion, one that you didn't expect, or seemingly more intense than what you'd usually feel at the situation. Also, if you work with your tulpa on a wonderland, or the lack of one, and you notice it doing something on its own, without you being able to predict it. There's also that tingling feeling that comes from your brain, down to your chest, it's warm and you feel you shouldn't have it (I even got tinglings on my legs). I can't really tell you how accurate is this, those are all things I've experienced by myself. Right now the most uncanny thing is how I can ask my tulpa yes/no questions and get a positive with a sharp increase of pressure that I'm unable to force or replicate (I've tried). Any of this may happen or not, it's very personal, but with time you should be able to notice because, well, it's alien. http://wirelesslog.tumblr.com/ - My tulpa blog, updates regularly. Chupi May 30, 2012 Share May 30, 2012 For me, the "connection" I feel to my tulpa is mostly a strong feeling in the pit of my stomach. A little like the way you feel strong yearning or worry, but a bit different feeling. I get it if I think of her and talk to her. I would've written it off as "just me", but there are plenty of times when I can't make it happen. This usually happens a little past when I'm usually in bed, and sometimes in the afternoon. I think it means she's sleeping or otherwise away/busy/ignoring me. I've asked her yes/no and multiple choice questions using this. For multiple choice, I go over the list slowly a few times and take the one I get the most feels on. I go over the list multiple times because sometimes I don't get anything on any of them, and to verify that I'm getting the same answer all the times I get an answer. I think the no-answer thing is either her being indecisive, not responding fast enough, or still being confused with this whole sentience thing. ThatOneGuy May 30, 2012 Share May 30, 2012 The alien feeling is a feeling like an emotion that feels like it's not coming from yourself. It's difficult to describe, really. Orange juice helps with concentration headaches.
