Marrying your tulpa, a tulpa marrying another tulpa from the same or different host, etc.

What's your opinion on them?

Sure, if everyone involved agrees with it. Although it's kind of unnecessary, just love them!

And make sure your tulpa won't get jealous if you happen to marry someone later on.

"The night is young, Yume... JUST KIDDING IT'S ALREADY 2 AM!"

I think you could have put a bit of beef into your starting post, OP.

Tulpa-host relationships are very different from normal, human-human relationships what I understand and personal experience. Because of the sheer freedom involved in creating a tulpa, many social barriers can be broken. You wouldn't normally have sex with a bear or a furry, would you? No, because to society, that's bestiality and considered illegal. But with tulpas, you can have so many different possibilities. Because of that, social boundaries relating to relationships are changed as well. Some people might not want to marry their tulpa because of the lack of a physical existence. Some may be fine with it because it further opens themselves up to their tulpa. We must not forget about what happens if someone has multiple tulpas.

I personally am fine with marrying my tulpas if the time comes, but I myself have 4 tulpas, so things might get confusing. As for for same host inter tulpa marriage, I would let them do what they want, I love them nonetheless. As for different host inter tulpa marriage: lelwat.

"I think it'd be cool but Tele would never agree to it"

That I would not.

"Just not practical, y'know? And what if he wants to marry someone real in the future? What then? Tulpa-tulpa is cool though"

Ban me if I ever mention Telecasters again.

Marriage is just for the sake of making your relationship "legal"... considering tulpas wouldn't get any financial benefits from anything, it seems kind of pointless.

I certainly can't see QB wanting to get married to someone. He doesn't even acknowledge a difference between "friend" and "boyfriend".

The above post does not contain facts.

q2's the host, QB's the tulpa.

There are also e.g. religious reasons one might have for tulpae to marry each other

Remind me to never become friends with him

Nobody can get as close to you as your tulpa and for me, that's the highest type of bond you can get. Until death or alzheimer do us part.

So i don't see a reason for a obligatory bond such as marriage for such a kind of relationship. Nor there are benefits, nor its a real marriage. It's more like pretending a status.

("Look how close i am to mah tupper. Be jelly!")

IMO to marry a tulpa is Kindergarten.

And think of someday, maybe you'll meet a handsome girl/guy but you must be like: "Nah, sorry i'm married to my thoughtform.", since you married your tulpa?

Frankly, i don't see this happening.

except for Koomer maybe. *giggles* ;D

They say great science is built on the shoulders of giants - not here.

At Tulpa.info we do all our science from scratch; no hand holding.

^Pretty much my thoughts on the subject. A bond with a tulpa probably is the closest type of bond anyone could get, so why would you want/need to get married? Sounds like a useless label to me. And besides, you're essentially "married" to your tulpa from the moment of creation anyway. Well, in the sense that you're stuck with each-other for the rest of your life.

My Tulpa

And then it cuts to a scene where you're sitting in a padded cell.

I feel like being married is a useless label anyways, so getting married with a tupper is like double useless due to the bond you already have in most cases, as it's not like marriage is some high level of relationship or anything. And two negatives don't make a positive here in this case, just makes people shake their heads, point at you and laugh.
