Tulpaforcing times

I was just wondering how long you guys spend working on your tulpa per day. I usually do about 1 hour but I don't think It's enough. I also want know what your minimum time is per session because some people tell me that I shouldn't do less than 30 minutes and some people say 10.

As long as you feel like you actually did something it should work out fine. 10 minutes doesn't really sound like enough time to feel like you really worked on it, but if it suits you why not. So far I can only do half an hour because it gets very tiring for some reason. I just kinda sit there and talk to him, but explaining a lot to him just wears me over time.

Well I do 20 minutes in the morning and 40 at night.

Well Vinyl and anon said that he used to do an hour of tulpaforcing sometimes and felt like he achieved nothing. I think that if you actually concentrate hard enough then it does benefit whether or not you feel anything.

Well you're not going to feel accomplished every time of course, but there should be an average timeframe for you where you think you'll actually obtain that feeling of accomplishment in a reasonable time. Obviously 10 minutes doesn't sound like you're even giving yourself the chance.

1 to 3 hours per day. Most of the time about 2, split into 2 sessions between 40 minutes to 1 hours and a half.

It doesn't really feel like enough, but I tend to get sleepy if I go longer than that.

I'd be more interested in some statistics which count the time until sentience or first emotional response and time until the tulpa first talks, along with narration days until it talked and which phases where done and in which order.

Doing so might allow one to make an optimal schedule which maximizes time-until-vocal-tulpa without requiring working on it 24/7.

I'm especially interested into how narration days and regular visualization/tulpaforcing sessions lengths are connected. For example, if it's required to narrate for about a month until you get a vocal tulpa, it might be futile to waste 6 hours a day tulpaforcing (if you wanted to get it as soon as possible).

There's a lot of stuff that we don't know, but having some of these details for everyone with a vocal tulpa would be very useful for the future generations.

Well, you saved me the trouble of posting, thanks guest, this is exactly the time I spend. If I try to do more than that, my brain just overclocks, let it be either afternoon, evening or night (I've never tried morning, I need my time to wake up completely).

Maybe I'm wrong, but getting one ASAP is wrong.

In my case, daily time of tulpaforcig varies strongly.

But I never do less than one hour. Unless I'm out of city and I stay in a hotel. I don't know why, but I can't focus there. I tried once, but get nothing. Normally I tulpaforce for 1-2 hours per day. But it varies form half to four. And 90% of my sesions are one hour long. Once I spend on one sesion three hours, and I must say, it was amaizing.

I really can't make too short sesions. Because getting focused, takes me up to 10 minutes. So sesions shorter than 30 min. don't make sens for me.

I was just talking about getting a sentient vocal tulpa as fast as possible, once you get to that stage, you would be tulpaforcing a lot more often.

What I'm trying to establish what is the required amount of narration to get your tulpa vocal. If this amount is around a month, it might not matter if you tulpaforce 3 hours a day or 9 hours a day, the result would still be the same. If I'm wrong about this, tulpaforcing more would result in getting a vocal tulpa faster.

So far the fastest record seems to be FAQ_Man's 40 hours for his second tulpa? I wonder how many days of narration and personality did it take him.
