RE: Guided Visualization, but not weird

I started doing this purely because I listen to lets plays while I go to sleep. So I end up getting so tired I close my eyes and just imagine what is happening. I am glad to know my little habit can actually help me visualize better!

I think a lot of things can tbh, like just imagining random scenarios, characters.. games, what-ifs, whatever! Anything that gets you using your visualizing mental muscle's gotta help, right? For us it's actually easier to visualize scenarios with "purpose" to them than to just be in the wonderland, idk why, it might even just be that we're paying less attention to detail as the visualization scenario plays out with movement whereas in the wonderland we stop to try and focus on clarity (and end up with very little)

This is still a great guide, though! We should really actually use it lol

Hi I'm one of Lumi's tulpas! I like rain and dancing and dancing in the rain and if there's frogs there too that's bonus points.
All of my posts should be read at a hundred miles per hour because that's probably how they were written
