Only thing you have to do is avoid eating and drinking things that would hurt the baby. Tulpa forcing takes all sorts of mental shit and depending on where you are in life can be a lot more difficult. You have to work at your mental pregnancy basically to stay mentally pregnant and force the tulpa baby to develop.
