Zarrockk May 30, 2012 Share May 30, 2012 Hello, I'd like to say I am new to posting on the forums( as I'm sure you can see) and I'd really like to take a moment and ask the community here a question. I have been reading and doing some research on Tulpas, as well as reading the creation guides listed here and elsewhere. I am genuinely fascinated by the idea of what these "thoughtforms" seem to promise. Now, for my question. I really just don't know where to begin, and really I'd like the input of the community here. How did you begin? What ways have you found it easiest to come to results? Is there any "better" way I can go about creating a Tulpa? I deeply appreciate any input that the users of this forum can give me.

Guest Anonymous May 31, 2012 Share May 31, 2012 I saw a post elsewhere on the forums that said the best way to begin is to do a 20 minute session to basically introduce yourself to your tulpa. It's not even formed yet, but telling your tulpa it's name, what you're going to be doing, etc. etc. will help make narration feel more natural as time goes on and your tulpa will remember it. It also forms a nice starting point for working on personality.
ThatOneGuy May 31, 2012 Share May 31, 2012 The best way to begin making a tulpa? Get a general idea of what kind of tulpa you want; brainstorm on both personality and form. Is it quirky and bubbly? Is it going to be very intellectual? What sort of form do you want it to have? Simply brainstorm what kind you want. Orange juice helps with concentration headaches.
