[Wonderland] Wonderland and hypnosis
#1
Hi guys! I'm Russian. We have a small community where most of the information is translated from English. However, there is a question that I haven't found an answer to in my community. Have you ever had experience creating wonderland hypnotist? Or do you have information about this?
In two or three months I go to the hypnotist for this and want to know more.

I don't mean to distract from your question, but that is some big text.

Anyway, do you mean a thoughtform who is a hypnotist or using hypnosis to help you meditate and or build your wonderland?
I'm Gray's/Cat_ShadowGriffin's Tulpa and I love Hippos (but see, I'm not a hippo)! I also like forum games and chatting about stuff.
My other head-mates have their own account now.

The hypnotist can instill hallucinations to the person who is lying relaxed with eyes closed. He can visit the sea beach or a house in the woods. If we compare this "journey" and independent meditation, the first option is more profound and realistic (people who have been in hypnosis told me that it is almost indistinguishable from reality). If you create your own Wonderland, for a similar result will take years.
I have found a hypnotist who will move me into my fantasy, and will set up a manual for my subconscious so that I can return to this state on my own if I wish.
(Sorry for my translation)

From what I know, it's generally uncommon to use hypnosis to go into the wonderland, though it was make a more vivid experience and I don't think that it will cause any problems. You could also try self hypnosis if you don't want to go out to a hypnotist every time you want to enter the wonderland

Self hypnosis got us into WILD in the beginning before we knew what we were doing.

People with dissociative identity disorder have their own wonderland, these people can enter into hypnotic trances spontaneously and voluntarily, some hypnotists help them create their own "inner world" to these individuals so they can engage in greater communication with your other personalities. The creation is the tulpas is exactly the same as the creation of a mutiple personality. To create a tulpa you need to enter a deep trance (sleepwalking) which is very difficult to achieve on its own. The process of "Tulpaforcing" allows to enter trances (It is a kind of self-hypnosis). Tibetan monks enter deep trances, through concentration, which is why they can easily create tulpas. Narration is a self-hypnosis process. You must master self-hypnosis, through a hypnotic by a post-hypnotic suggestion that helps you to enter a trance. I suggest you look in google: "Disorder identity disease inside worlds" You will find very interesting information of the self-hypnosis process involved in the generation of the country of wonders

I don't know much about DID, so I can't say anything about that, but you are straight up wrong about tulpamancy.
Hypnosis is helpful to the tulpa creation process because it can help remove the assumption that nobody else except you can exist in your own head, but it is not required. Also, narration has nothing to do with hypnosis, I don't even know where you got that idea from. I got through the creation process just fine without ever getting hypnotised by myself or anyone else
I have a tulpa named Miela (formerly known as Monika) who I love very much.

I mean right off the bat you're stating something as fact that probably is less than half of those people. Things are never so cut and dry in the field of psychology or disorders, and especially not when you mix the two. Also that might be your beliefs on tulpamancy, but we've got over six years of information already on the site and an entire Guides section, no need to go googling the rarely-related DID for information we could give you here. Especially since DID is nothing like Tulpamancy 90% of the time.

I don't want any other hypnotic suggestion but to create this place and return to it as I wish. I don't know if I'll be able to control it initially because it's not the usual Wonderland whose features are described during numerous first dives. I don't know the boundaries of this future place. I am interested in the experience of people who have dealt with hypnotists who have helped them with a journey through the world of their fantasies.
Frankly, I've been looking for the right hypnotist. I was told that creating an imaginary world would inevitably lead to schizophrenia (laughter), or simply not responding. I told this hypnotist that I wanted a "quiet place" in my subconscious, and he agreed that it is possible to create. I didn't tell him I wanted to be a Creator in this place, and I don't think it's worth saying it (this man lives 7,000 kilometers away from me, and if he refuses, I think the others will be t further).

Also, I don't think a deep trance is necessary for the "Tulpaforcing"process. But that doesn't apply to the question of Wonderland, to which I want to hear the answer Smile

I'm not saying hypnosis is necessary. I want to get a tool (a piece of the world in my imagination) that will allow me to create a world in my head. Better quality and in a shorter time.

Thanks for the clarification. Let us know how it goes, we're interested in hearing about that.
