Nekomata October 6, 2015 Share October 6, 2015 Heyo. I've been here for about one and a bit months and have been doing around one and a half hours of forcing a day. the problem now is that it feels like there is a 'wall' there when I try to focus on her. I have tried for hours on end to 'get over it' to no avail. This has been happening for about two weeks. Could she simply want to have some alone time? I recently visited a professional regarding my mental health and have been diagnosed with minor depression and bipolar disorder, which I guess would have an impact. Is there anybody else here who has experience with this? Any help is appreciated. Guest Anonymous October 6, 2015 Share October 6, 2015 On average, how many hours per day are you forcing, or trying to establish contact with your tulpa? How are your interactions in the wonderland, in general? A wall is something that can be broken with the usage of, a)symbolism and b)understanding. 100% of problems with my tulpa have been solved with patience, sitting down with her, holding both her hands and understanding the core of the issue. Nekomata October 6, 2015 Author Share October 6, 2015 Generally I spend an hour to an hour and a half each day. I have no idea how I would get started on what you meantioned secondly. And for what you said about sitting down and talking to her, I cannot yet hear her. Thanks for the tip about symbolism though, I didn't think of that. I'll see if there's something I can do. warriortiltheend October 6, 2015 Share October 6, 2015 I think what Anderson means in his second question is (if you have a wonderland/headscape) what are your interactions with that world like? What are they like with your Tulpa? Symbolism can be extremely helpful. You could visualize yourself on one side, your Tulpa on another, with a wall in between. Then (with a hammer, maybe pure will, something cool idk) you could break down that wall and reach your Tulpa. It might help. White text- Ash (the host!) Red text- Quartz! Purple text- Gamzee!
