Too Relaxed

Recommended Posts

I haz a problem.

Every time I start a visualization session I end up too relaxed and fall asleep, even when not tired and if I don't get relaxed enough the session never really gets going.

anyway, what do?

I'm pretty sure that that doesn't count as sleep by dictionary definitions :(

Ever tried vampire-forcing?

Climb your local tree and hang upside down.

All that blood in your brain will strongly increase the mental capacity! Also, the pain will keep you from sleeping.

Listen to some upbeat music. Do what glitch suggested and stay upright and out of bed. Drink some soda before forcing. If you're getting relaxed enough to fall asleep it probably means you aren't focused enough, so try addressing that problem.
