Sleep Deprivation effects on tulpaforcing

Must vary a lot by person. I can take all the melatonin I want, but unless I lay down and let myself drift, it has no apparent effect. If I let myself sleep, it helps put me to sleep. No visualization enhancement at all.


Maybe it's a placebo effect.

Possibly. I was introduced to melatonin as something to help induce sleep, fix odd sleep patterns, cure jetlag, etc. I didn't hear about any supposed visualization enhancement or more vivid dreams until I came to this community, after using the stuff for quite a long while.
