Athezeite May 16, 2017 Share May 16, 2017 i use a med called ritalin which basically boosts my focus can it actually help me with my tulpa creation process?
tulpa001 May 16, 2017 Share May 16, 2017 Focus is important to tulpaforcing. Ritalin is a stimulant, which can prevent you from relaxing. It has a possible connection to hallucination genesis. Oh wow, the side effects are all over the place. Hard to make a prediction. Host comments in italics. Tulpa's log. Tulpa's guide.
Xenonq May 16, 2017 Share May 16, 2017 I would say it probably would be helpful in a lot of aspects of it but also make other aspects harder. I would think meditation would be much harder. Only because I feel like that may inhibit your ability to relax.

SunflowerMotorcycle June 28, 2017 Share June 28, 2017 For me, when I was on ritalin, it made me calmer but I didn't really notice it affecting my focus. My grades were the same (my issue was mainly being disorganized, rather than not paying attention in class) I wasn't unable to relax, but I also had to have something to do all the time.
