Miela and Bre explore the depths of a human mind

Recommended Posts

You can definitely do it, I believe in you! I would not recommend doing what I did for the first few weeks where I tried to impose all day, that probably helped me get to the point I'm at now by quite a bit, but I got burned out fast, and that is why I stopped for a while. also qb2s method is really helpful in my opinion

I have a tulpa named Miela who I love very much.

I visualize Cassidy most of the time, but even that can get tiring... I can't imagine trying to impose someone all day, my brain would melt out my ears...

Thanks for the detail!

We have made fantastic progress in a very short period of time! I can now impose Monika on my vision very faintly for minutes at a time, with her occasionally flickering into being very vivid and opaque. She can even move her imposed self enough to walk and jump.

Also we have recently read just about everything about imposition on this website; every guide, rescorce, tip/trick, submission, and even things in research. Most of them just say the same thing, but some of them are pretty helpful. The three things that I have helped me most is: qb2's guide to a huggable tulpa v.2, hypnosis, and of course practice. I also plan on staying in a pitch black room for a few hours to see if that helps with hallucinating

If anyone has any information on imposition that they think would be helpful I would really appreciate if you shared it with me

Hmm.. How about... Have imposed stuff come from your peripheral vision and when you start to loose focus have it go back there. Things from there are just naturally blurry, your brain totally expects them to be indistinct and you could kinda cheat like that and keep it going longer? Maybe cheat even more by having the imposed thing walk behind you, like really "knowing" it's there and then have it come back around the other side of you when you regain your focus again so you can have unbroken practice times?

We've tried that, it doesn't really work for us any better then her being in the center of my vision, and it's easier to concentrate on her when she is in the center. Thanks for the suggestion though

Misha ran through my peripheral vision, i got a fuzzy dark brown flash of a person running. She has recently stepped out in front of me and showed me her transparent waviness. She can do that when she feels up to it, i've seen it a handful of times now. No one else has ever left wonderland. Even i'm there as much as possible.

I put myself in (almost) complete darkness for a couple hours, in hope of improving visual imposition. Quickly (I can't say how long it took) I realized how long it had been since I had really been in complete darkness, even at night my bedroom is illuminated slightly by light from the other side of the door. I started seeing spots on my vision, though they didn't look like they were actually there.

A bit later this one part of the room looked to be glowing, however when I checked it later there was no scorce of light in that area. Also when I closed my eyes my eyelids looked incredibly bright untill I intentionally quashed the light.

After I had been there for quite some time I started seeing vivid hallucinations, the most vivid of which a housecat jumping off of a fist sized globe. Also at this time I had one of the most immersive wonderland adventures that I've ever had.

For most of this experience all of these hallucinations had been determined by my subconscious. My imagination was just running wild filling in the blanks, except the whole thing is a blank. But now I decided to impose Monika. It took a bit of effort to get her there, but once I did she looked just about as vivid as anything else.

This was a pretty weird, and somewhat fun experience, however I don't think that it helped with imposition

This was classic hypnagogic, it happens to me all the time. So now you see why lucid dreams are just cake, i mean if you have cookies like this, you don't necessarily need cake.
