Hallucinating voice guide?

AZ

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone,

I used to come to this forum last year but haven't been here in a while. I can finally hear my tulpa talk to me in mindvoice now, it seems that I could for a long time but didn't know it because I had a bad case of parrotnoia that I didn't know I had. Anyway, without digressing, I swear I can remember seeing guides on here involving pink noise for vocal hallucinations so I can actually hear her voice in my head as if it isn't coming from a mindvoice, but I can't find them anywhere. Can anyone point me in the right direction please? It would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT:

And I can remember the correct terminology now is 'Auditory Imposition', not vocal hallucination. Still can't find any Auditory Imposition guides though.

Thanks Angry Bear, I did see this but it wasn't what I had in mind, however the results should be the same so I'll give it a go at some point. Upon thinking more about it I still think we're not ready for this yet as I still can't render my tulpa's entire form perfectly. I'm probably just going to dedicate the forseeable future to this https://community.tulpa.info/thread-visualization-mental-image-rendering-guide before moving onto imposition of any kind. We're in no massive rush.

I have always had fuzziness in my tulpae's forms.  Though i have heard all of their real voices through auditory imposition, rarely.  I have also had sucess with hypnagogic auditory hallucinations during relaxation meditation. Their "real" voices are slightly higher pitched and sometimes fuzzy or just plain wierd. I know when its them even if occasionally its garbled, static, or completely the wrong pitch. Sometimes it is not them, instead just random nonsence bubbling up from my subconsious.

I have had them 4 months, very little imposition of any kind. We agree, no rush.
