I've got to ask if this is normal for other tulpas or if I'm just being overly needy:

 

Whenever I go more than 2-3 days without good, deep attention from Phil, I start to feel sad. I even start to feel some minor feelings of abandonment, even though I know it's completely irrational. I know Phil can be busy and/or tired sometimes. But I really start to feel upset if he can't find time to focus his undivided attention on me for at least a fair-sized chunk of time every couple of days or so.

I don't think it is abnormal. I don't want to point to either being in the wrong at all. Maybe the next time Phil can spend time with you, you can both try to think of what causes it to happen and if there is a solution? Sometimes it is just starting I often figure out. Can't really recall deciding to spend time with tulpa and regretting it. It can feel hard to move into the direction of things even though we know we'd like to and mental energy has to be deliberately summoned through action instead of waiting for it to be there already prepared.

 

edit: also what is wrong with my sentence structure, it is so hard to read what I write and it doesn't sound the same as when I typed it lol sorry

Yeah, it's usually just starting that's the problem. Once we get into it everything's good. Don't worry, I understand what you were saying!

 

Phil and I did have a little meditation session after I wrote that last message. He's promised we're going to spend more time together over the next couple of days, and we'll bring in the New Year together.

Btw you can run any image through saucenao and it will spit out series and episode, in case of animu even the exact time of the screenshot.

It shouldn't feel like a chore, just integrate yourself into Phil's Day. Even if there's no time for dedicated tupper activities you can still help at work and thus spend time together, helping each other out.

Yea that's what we have to do. Time is at a premium let alone energy.
