Bear sounds like he used to have a similar thought process to me, "Foods, food. It doesn't have to be a feast or a gourmet dish."

Your usual system, something, something. Not interesting. Tulpa is Jill right now.

My palate has a budgetary upper limit and an optimal mass to cost ratio.

Phil has been guilty of shopping based almost solely on the "price per pound" amount. I respect his frugality, but that's no way to live.

Simmie's been intense lately. I kind of like it; I like her passion and drive. I just hope she doesn't burn herself out.

Also known as GypsyRoad or Phil Present. Call me what you want, I'm not picky.

Simmie is my lovely tulpa, she's quite young still but is eager to meet and chat with new people so don't hesitate to say hi!

That's good. Passion is worth preserving and cultivating.

I am considering making Sunday an ascetic day. No video games, no music, no youtube. Only meditation, writing, drawing, and of course talking and wonderlanding with Simmie. This kind of dedication is unusual for me. Good idea? Think I can actually do it?

Currently the plan for tomorrow:

1. Wake up at a natural time

2. Meditate first thing after rising

3. Normal morning routine (shave etc)

4. Breakfast with NO youtube (unheard of for me)

5. Take art supplies and go to park, driving without music (rare for me)

6. Hike out to a remote part of the park. Meditate, then take out sketchbook and freeform it for whatever amount of time feels right.

7. Hike back to the car, get lunch/dinner, drive back home (again no music)

8. Take shower, then more meditation, possibly followed by more drawing or writing.

9. Conclude the experiment some time in the evening, ideally after dark.

10. Record results, share appropriate/relevant details with the forum.

Rules to follow:

1. NO music, videos, TV, video games, or other forms of entertainment not counted under the next section.

2. Allowed activities: writing, drawing, hiking, meditating, tulpaforcing of any kind, talking to Simmie.

3. I must talk to Simmie out loud whenever appropriate. (In the car or hiking sufficiently away from people). Otherwise mindvoice, or communicate through art. (Simmie is allowed to use vocal possession to talk out loud too) Conversation topics can cover absolutely anything. "Just vibing" moments while hiking are allowed.

4. Minimal conversation with other people. Just necessary formalities / politeness.

5. Minimal clock-checking throughout the day.

6. No using the internet until the experiment is over. That includes this forum.

7. Simmie and I must rely on each other to keep the other on track.

8. If any deviation from the rules occurs, we don't treat it as a big deal or declare the experiment void, we just course correct and move on.

Excited to try this!
