Coaxing Tulpae Into Talking

Bin

Question

I notice no one talks much about this while having a problem about it. Usually people complain about their non-vocal sentient tulpa just hardly managing to talk if at all but don't know what to do.

So, if your tulpa is trying to talk, or can't really do it, I found a helpful method for getting them to a point where they can start figuring out how to talk.

First, if your tulpa has ever talked, even just once, figure out what their "mindvoice" sounded like. Now, get your tulpa in your wonderland, and tell them what you're going to do. You're going to use their mindvoice to say a sentence, and then the tulpa can either try to say it with you at the same time, or you can say one half and they say the other. It should be a simple sentence such as "the rain in spain stays mainly on the plain". Make sure to tell them what sentence you're going to practice on of course.

If they don't have a mindvoice, you can either wait until they try to talk or just use whatever voice you want them to use, I imagine they would pick it up anyway.

I did this after my tulpa was just barely able to get a single word out, and in just one night we got to a point where she could make whole sentences. While she wasn't too good at talking, we got to a point where it was up to her to practice, so I didn't need to work on it anymore.

Hey, Bin. What kinds of phrases are the easiest, how long should I do this, as when should I move on from one phrase to another? Also is it good to listen to white/pink noise while doing this?

My opinions are all subject to change.

That's all up to you. Just experiment. Do it as long as it takes, but as everyone has noted it takes one to two days on average.

How long did it take that one night?

I'm the man with the dark mind but with the heart of gold. I ask what I am good or bad person? What directs my actions?

Tulpa isn't about why, it's about why not.

I've actually found that if you try to have the tulpa text with someone (over a chat), then it can coax them out of their "hiding" hole. Arya for me started speaking more after she was asked if she wanted to talk (although this was later into the process and might not work for tulpae that are just getting to the speaking part).

Name: Arya

Form: Anthro Avian

Time Spent: 8-10 hours forcing, stopped counting narration time

Stage: Wrapping up personality/Visualization good/She is speaking well

Mortimer and I are excited to start this technique today. His mental voice is weak and his sentences are short, so hopefully this will help develop him further.

Okay so I tried this to make him more eloquent. Mortimer repeated the phrase once and then just stared at me for a while and walked away. I'll try it again tonight but I don't think Mortimer is too interested.

Any experience with this where the tulpa didnt talk a word before?

I've used this some for developing an existing mindvoice and working toward out-loud speech. I'm not sure how well it would work with a totally silent tulpa (i.e. not even thoughts). I'd at least learn to hear quiet thoughts first. But still worth a shot; worst that could happen is your tulpa remains silent but becomes very knowledgeable about Spanish rainfall patterns.

I asked Lyra about this, and she said she isn't sure but it might work. (She was stuck at nonvocal/can't-hear-her for quite a while until I learned to clear my mind and focus on her thoughts. She informs me that she was trying to send me thoughts for a while before I learned to perceive them, which was rather frustrating for her.)

Lyra: human female, ~17

Evan: boy, ~14, was an Eevee

Anera: anime-style girl, ~12; Lyra made her
