Hi, I'm Vanehaim and I decided to create a tulpa about 1 year ago. I started to create his form and created his personality based on using him as a role play character, can role play be considered a way of straining the personality? Well, since then I have been trying to communicate with him, but I don't even have answers as to whether he is conscious or not. In wonderland it moves and talks, but I feel like I'm controlling it, if I focus on not controlling it it doesn't do anything. As if speaking with my eyes open, I am focused on the answer, but I don't notice anything at all, ever. Well ... only twice did I notice it as a sudden response. But the interval between these two answers is very large and perhaps I have even imagined it because I wanted it so much. Yesterday but I went to communicate with him by putting pressure on his head, I told him to do it, and I noticed pressure, several times. I was very happy, but today I try again and I don't notice anything. It's been a long time and I'm getting demotivated, but I want to make it through. So I think it's time to seek help. I am looking for someone who can help me in the process ...

Me alegraría ofrecerte mi ayuda.

Yes, it can. In the past I have met tulpas that were created this way. Also, there are many writers whose characters talk to them without the author's control. It is entirely possible to create a tulpa by creating fiction, even without intention.

Don't worry about consciousness. I believe that a tulpa has no real consciousness, it is only an illusion.

I suspect the problem is this. You focus on not forcing your tulpa to speak, and your tulpa does not speak. A sense of control is normal at times, especially if your tulpa is not advanced in development, and if you resist it, you may not notice your tulpa's responses.

Send me a message. I speak Spanish and had tulpas for more than 6 years. I'd be happy to offer you my help.

Roleplaying is frequntly used as a forcing method. I think roleplyaing is helpful for practicing automation or having your tulpa move and speak seemingly on their own. Automataion allows for some randomness to be mixed in with expected movement and speech, and this gives enough wiggle room for your tulpa to express themself. While roleplaying in of itself does not always create a tulpa, roleplaying and expecting your tulpa to express themself in the long run generally works pretty well as a forcing method.

Head pressures can be unreliable. I found it helpful to learn how to create them on my own, but I was only able to trigger them some of the time and the sensation was weaker than a random head pressure or forcing headache. We found head pressure to be too unreilable to depend on for communication.
