The misconceptions of the tulpa community- Here is 'How to create your Polar Opposite'

Hello all, my role and mission here is to share the information provided. The following is information on the origins of humanity, significance of recent history, the cycles of the universe, and how to create your Polar Opposite.

Your Polar Opposite is your twin soul, not a "tulpa" which is a term that was created by Theosophists. Your Polar Opposite is what makes you whole due to awareness of one's origin and where you truly come from. Attached is a detailed document with relevant information.

It must be noted that you come from Hyperborea. If you have questions, do not hesitate to ask.

for those of us with the attention span of a pea (all of us) or for those of us who do not care enough to read 43 pages of bull to find where your point is, could you give a 5 line TL;DR? i might even skim through it if you tell me what it is about

Like Conan?

If this is an evangelizing mission, step carefully. It's poor form to preach in someone else's church. Not that tulpamancy is a church but we all have our personal beliefs and seek to have an open and welcoming community to respect each other. That being said I'm at least mildly interested in what this Polar Opposite theory is. Just don't fish here for converts.

Well... I've just skimmed through the pdf. I'm familiar with many elements of this belief system, although I never expected one of them to pop up here, of all places.

The writer's worldview appears to be a mixture of hermeticism, gnosticism, nazi-ufos/vril/hollow-earth (which seems like the main structure of the writer's beliefs, since it takes up a large chunk of the pdf), and the polar shift (an apocalyptic scenario).

Although the author's belief in the vril worldview is concerning (since it includes the belief that hitler and the nazi party were the good guys), he also has a strong dislike towards the theosophists (who, coincidentally enough, indirectly contributed to the nazis' racial worldview). This leads me to believe that even though the author (probably) believes that the nazis were the good guys, he either doesn't share their racial beliefs, or believes that the nazis weren't racist.

The vril worldview is one I have a fair bit of experience with. In an occult board on a rather obscure imageboard I was a regular of back when I was a teen, one of the anons there was an esoteric hitlerist who frequently talked about many of the same subjects that the writer wrote about in the pdf. He wasn't a bad guy or anything, just really misguided, so the mods tolerated him. Eventually/Unfortunately, he invited his friends (most of whom were national socialists) to the board, which resulted in a MASSIVE amount of drama I won't go over.

Be extremely careful with this belief system. Even though it isn't dangerous by itself, it is very easy for it to shift into a more extreme belief system.

The purpose of this writing is to state the truth about humanity’s recent history, not to support or favor any specific ideologies.

Ehh... I believe you, but the vril thing can be a slippery slope to full on national socialism, since the two worldviews are incredibly close to one another. I highly recommend that you explore other belief systems outside of the one you've adopted.

To quote one of the hermetic axioms: "all truths are half truths".

Um, okay...usually I'm very tolerant of others' esoteric beliefs, but this is some weird UFO cult type stuff. If you want to view this as science fiction or something I guess it could be interesting from that point of view. But as a belief system that people honestly believe in...I don't know, it just seems too out there. Not to mention it seems to invalidate tulpas that don't fit the specific criteria of a twin soul.

@TurboSimmiei agree. and people in the discord say the guide is essentially tulpamancy with extra steps, and with more strict criteria

I was just about to say OP sounds like a stereotypical 8/x/ containment breach. Anonymous, Hyperborea, vril, preachy nature about 'the truth', on a fresh account, just about the whole bingo card really. I am not against explanations of alternate world-views, of course, it's just one could do it in a way that doesn't make you look like a parody.

It was an interesting read that kept my attention, maybe because i'm already familiar with a lot of the topics that were brought up and never expected to see overlap or crossover between them. I liked the secular and scientific approach to tulpa stuff at first for validity's sake, but after reading so many guides I have to say that when they get spiritual it definitely catches my attention more. I wish this document were longer or I wish that there were more documents covering a wider range of spiritual or occult topics. The idea of twin souls/twin flames/soulmates/other halves was something I had only ever really heard discussed by old women who read tarot.
