Chocolate September 12, 2012 Share September 12, 2012 How does someone inhabit a wonderland with animals? I'm making a snowy, winter forest and wanted to have foxes, wolves and rabbits to skitter around and possibly interact with each other (wolf eats a rabbit, wolves form packs). Along with that I wanted to add harmless mythical creatures to the wonderland to make it more 'alive' and almost like a real ecosystem. So...how do you put animals into wonderland? People who've actually done it would be nice answers, but if not thanks
Bin September 12, 2012 Share September 12, 2012 Fox fox = new Fox(); And just go on from there. Scarlet - anime, 8/15/2012
Kadoh September 12, 2012 Share September 12, 2012 Last time I made a wonderland animal, she became sentient and now she is Hash. My opinions are all subject to change.
QB2 September 12, 2012 Share September 12, 2012 You could try just imagining that your wonderland has animals. I mean jeez it's not rocket science, brains pilot themselves. The above post does not contain facts. q2's the host, QB's the tulpa.

Is it seriously that simple? I just want to have random animals appear while I explore the forest hunting.

Your brain will fill in the gaps as far as specific behaviors and things.
Lula September 12, 2012 Share September 12, 2012 I have a town of people nearby and the occasional ghoul passes by my house, do those count as animals? ~Remember the dead, but fight for the living. ~La rage du peuple ~Ice cream is a feeling Tulpae: Name: Frostia Form: Light and dark blue pony, white hair, styled in MLP:FiM fashion
TulpaCouple September 12, 2012 Share September 12, 2012 Yup, it is pretty simple. Honestly all I had to do was think of the environment as a realistic living environment. Suddenly fish appear, birds are seen in the sky, there are geckos around at night where there are lights to catch bugs.. Lots of nature, but some of them you have to really focus in on to find--kind of like real life, hehe. They can be messed with too. I have found Jaden fishing often or feeding other little wild critters.
Chupi September 12, 2012 Share September 12, 2012 Just believe that there will be animals in the woods, then walk in. There will be animals, though depending on your mind they may be talking animals (i.e. similar to dream characters). Fox fox = new Fox(); And just go on from there. This does not look like LISP, but it *must* be because you are Bin. *** - SYSTEM::READ-EVAL-PRINT: variable FOX has no value I suggest choosing a less variable and valueless animal. Using Bash may be more effective as well: $ cat > cat cat cat cat cat ^D $ cat cat cat cat cat cat cat cat cat cat cat cat cat cat cat cat $ Lyra: human female, ~17 Evan: boy, ~14, was an Eevee Anera: anime-style girl, ~12; Lyra made her My blog :: Time expectations are bad (forcing time targets are good though)
