Knapp September 26, 2012 Share September 26, 2012 TV, reading, surfing the internet or doing pretty much anything could also have the same effect. Dude, my tupper loves when I read to him, it's not all bad. Frosty September 26, 2012 Share September 26, 2012 Dude, my tupper loves when I read to him, it's not all bad. Missed my point a bit thar. Pretty much anything you do can have a negative effect on your tulpa, provided you get so engrossed in what you're doing that you forget about them. If you include them in what you're doing, whatever that may be, then I don't see it having any possible negative outcome. See what i mean? SSaint September 26, 2012 Share September 26, 2012 I imagine that reading to your tulpa would be better than playing games with them for the same reason that having a book read to you is more fun than watching your friend play a game. Similar deal with watching movies/TV. “There is not enough love and goodness in the world to permit giving any of it away to imaginary beings.” -Friedrich Nietzsche
FigN01 September 26, 2012 Share September 26, 2012 I got engrossed enough in a game lately that I just shut out everything else for the two hours at a time that I was going at it. That included any acknowledgement of the tupper. It's a bit like attention starvation for him since there was no way to catch my attention at all with the amount of focus I had. Afterwards, I felt like I couldn't sense him as easily, and he was a bit pissy besides. Other games that keep me from playing as obsessively may be better. Guest applesauce99 September 26, 2012 Share September 26, 2012 "hey guys look if I stop playing vidya I can focus more on tupper." not to be a dick, cruse, cause you're cool really man, but a highly respectfull 'duh' here. I actually had the same thing happen recently, where I'd turn my computer off after a certain point at night to narrate for an hour or two. Its super effective. sanctum-eos September 26, 2012 Share September 26, 2012 Multi-tasking really helps in these situations. I have a lot of games I need to finish, as soon as I do finish them, I'll have ample amounts of time for Lucy(I already do, though). tumblr DeviantArt SoundCloud
cruse September 26, 2012 Author Share September 26, 2012 Its super effective. Indeed it is. You reminded me that a slow simple games like pokemon still allows me to talk to my tulpa why playing due to low amount of concentration needed. Chloe REALLY loves Eevee btw. Chloe - That cheerful girl with ponytail. Aigis - The male cyborg that looks like raiden in MGR. Vixen - Half dragon female who looks like Mary in DMC3 when in human form.
