Chupi September 28, 2012 Share September 28, 2012 Koji: Merged your post into the thread you were looking for. [Additionally I messed up and merged it the wrong way round, temporarily putting *this* thread in Q&A. Sorry for any short-term confusion this might have caused.] It might be neat to let your friend interact like that, though you'd want to make sure she isn't just confused by the whole thing. If this is an IRL friend, it would probably be even nicer to do this in person, allowing him to talk directly to her. Koji September 28, 2012 Share September 28, 2012 Thank you Chupi, for merging and replying, I think I'l try that, I have a friend who understands The concept of Tuplae pretty well, and he's been wanting to do this for a while. Hopefully she won't respond well to his narration. http://tulpa.info/forums/Thread-Koji-and-Catelyn-Of-Deserts-and-Snowmen
NED September 29, 2012 Author Share September 29, 2012 Koji. Minimum requirement specs: Tulpa that can Talk in at least small, understandable sentences, also able to move around (unless you have purposely made your Tulpa not be able to move.. like a tree or something.). Also, they need to be able to be sentient enough to want to spawn their own objects because this can be helpful. The rules say that parroting a not fully sentient Tulpa in the game is acceptable to give them a little 'push'. Also to play you need knowledge on how the game works otherwise you cause problems and slow the game down. So make sure you and your friends (and tuppers) entirely understand the rules. Koji September 29, 2012 Share September 29, 2012 Oh, I see I have not read the guide fully. Catelyn can do all these things, except she cannot talk, only send emotions. Methinks We will wait a week or two before trying it, or until she can talk. Thanks for the input :) EDIT: I feel like using my own wonderland would be a bad idea, because my friend can be, well, destructive, while playing games. Should I create a totally different wonderland, or just use a different portion of my own? http://tulpa.info/forums/Thread-Koji-and-Catelyn-Of-Deserts-and-Snowmen
Chupi September 29, 2012 Share September 29, 2012 I don't see much difference between using a different area vs. a whole new wonderland, provided he won't be getting into your usual area. Also, having IRL people talk to your tulpa will likely help: http://tulpa.info/forums/Thread-Other-people-narrating-to-your-tulpa Lyra: human female, ~17 Evan: boy, ~14, was an Eevee Anera: anime-style girl, ~12; Lyra made her My blog :: Time expectations are bad (forcing time targets are good though)
NED September 30, 2012 Author Share September 30, 2012 Use any wonderland you want in the game as long as it goes by the rules. maybe have one wonderland for forcing and a door to the game in it? Guest Anonymous October 18, 2012 Share October 18, 2012 Anyone interested in playing should shout the names of everyone in the channel, to alert them of your presence. Momo seems to be the usual one to run games, but others are free to take up the reins.
