Reisen September 18 Share September 18 Just focus on their sense of presence - the feeling of there being someone else there - without specifically visualizing them, or visualizing them as your choice of "formless" form, like a ball of light or color Nothing wrong with choosing a form you're comfortable with for your tulpa though Hi guys, plain text is just me now!
