Tulpa.info Pleeb Please add a "Donate" button

Recommended Posts

Hey Pleeb i got a great idea that will help fund this site.

I suggest adding a Donate button.

For Example:

donate-paypal.jpg

I can almost guaranteed you their will be more than a few members more than willing to donate to a site that is quite literally responsible for making their life-long relations (tulpas) possible, including myself.

If their is any reason why this is not being done, then please explain; otherwise, I suggest this is added in the next site over-hull.

What about the people who submit links to reddit to help the community grow, make posts on4chan and such? They probably won't get a cut, and neither will those who made/make guides?

Look into why moot doesn't accept donations.

Am assuming these other people done these things (guides, spread the word) in their free time because they Enjoy Helping and spreading the word, and perhaps even like building rep.

these people Never expected nor should they expect to get a "cut" of anything.

and if that is the case, then I suggest them doing something else. or contacting pleeb directly.

the reasons moot does not accept donations are his own, pleeb is not moot.

I would assume any donations would go directly to maintaining the site and nothing else.

Non-profit and all that.

It must also be considered that putting up a donation button at all can give the wrong impression.

The above post does not contain facts.

q2's the host, QB's the tulpa.

i can assure you if a newbie enter the homepage looking to make or learn about tulpa. I can almost promise you that they will Ignore any Donation button.

am sure it won't be "in your face"

it would be placed in a quiet corner in the homepage, or maybe in the bottom banner, that nobody will notice or care, unless they had the intent to donate.

I'd donate some $ for the site, no prob, wouldn't expect anything back (only that the cash would go for maintenance and the like, not for some faget to pour into a pool and swim in it like Scrooge McDuck). I'd hate to see this place shut down just because of some money issues.

Just make sure that when someone donates money, you're actually getting the money. And hope Paypal doesn't decide to freeze the account or some stupid bullshit that they've pulled.

Add the button and I will click it.

Jimmy: This is not about sending money to thank those who have contributed. It's about paying for the bandwidth, server, etc. to keep the site running. Running a website takes money, and Pleeb is not rich.
