Transplant?

Recommended Posts

What would happen if someone with a tulpa donated their brain to another person? Would that person see the tulpa? Same brain that was conditioned to see and hear it.

That would be ridiculous, like he never told anyone, sounds awesome.

All three of them would die. End of story.

But, just for fun, lets say you could actually survive a brain transplant and all the nerves were perfectly connected again flawlessly.

Theoretically the one with a tulpa would find himself inside of the other ones body, together with his tulpa. He could see and hear it.

They say great science is built on the shoulders of giants - not here.

At Tulpa.info we do all our science from scratch; no hand holding.

So the guy who made a tupper became one? Cool. But the guy who got the brain would probably be an asshole. Also that sounds like it would make a good movie.

Someone call Steven Spielberg

But wouldn't the owner of the body just die? I mean the body owner would lost *his* brain no? Wouldn't his memory and his personality or maybe himself be destroyed along with the brain?

All that's left would be an alive creator and his tulpa in a new body.

Chloe - That cheerful girl with ponytail.

Aigis - The male cyborg that looks like raiden in MGR.

Vixen - Half dragon female who looks like Mary in DMC3 when in human form.

I would think the creator of the tulpa would be the same and inherit the body and the person who wanted the brain would die, since his brain was probably disposed of (or used for scientific/medical purposes).

I have 10 tulpas, but I'm only actively working on Reah, my first tulpa currently.

I was thinking of the fist guy with the tulpa died of getting hit by a car or stabbed or somthin, he'd be dead but his brain wouldn't be damaged for the transplant.

I thought the second guy would keep his own mind, just see the tulpa too.

His brain would die from lack of oxygen. Also, death is defined as when the brain stops functioning (brain-death).

Actually, no, people who are given the death sentence in prison- if their heart stops beating, and then restarts again, it's considered having served the death sentence, not brain death. :/ But anyway, I think that if a brain transplant were even possible at all, the person's conscience, consciousness, tulpae, etc... would all be transplanted with their brain, as we well know that the brain is what houses conscious thought (unless someone wants to make the case that it is not the brain.) But that's just my two cents- take it in stride.

The part of the brain stem to which you are referring, I believe, is the cerebellum.

This, too, is part of the brain, and is the part from which reptilian impulses are derived, IE raw emotion, the basic needs to survive, etc... If there was a successful brain transplant, this part would have to be included...
