[MILA]. ...  Thanks to Lena we have another human helper out front..Ellie ...  She is young and fun and we like the same things. She will also help with some social stuff like being the one to speak in public

 

Although I'm the natal soul ('core self' born into the body) and the body is chronologically 55...I don't have the  emotional developmental most neurotypical people have by this age, due to the autism. It also takes pressure off Tinks to take human form to help out as she prefers the freedom of remaining in 'changeling mode'. ...she will take on more duties inside instead though where she can remain in her preferred form. 

 

Lena however is based on a NT person who had those skills so she will still come out and help us with official appointments, as well as looking after the wonderland  and our 'internal family' inside. It will be a big help to me to not have to consciously think/worry about those things and will hopefully reduce daily fatigue levels.

I think having a Tulpa in the image of my mum has helped me ‘(host’) a lot, her splitting to have different versions of herself so my alters stuck at different ages has helped them as they have been able to se her blend and re-split and the fact whatever form “Lena’ was in she saw ‘all my past selves’ as ‘her daughter’  has helped them to re-integrate as they understand their role in the overall life (of the body).

 

Jess/Tinks also helped by temporarily taking human form to merge her beliefs with us while she was in human form (she still saw her us as her owner from her life as a dog and soul mate…even though she had not known or being around for our child selves portion of life) She also helped created other dog Tulpa inside who were representations of the dogs that would have been in a specific younger alters life at the time.  

 

Lena spirit wishes to help ‘this me’ move forwards now with the life I am currently stuck with (due to disabilities and finances been unable to move house or pay for PA’s etc) so her spirit has moved into ‘Ellie’  …however we have still left a family of four inside …Lena has turned her ‘spare copy' (of her internal body) into how I remember her as my mum and that one has gone back to being called Kate, she has her partner (rep of my dad) and younger version of my sibling (Tulpa’s) and one child alter who does not want to integrate and wanted to remain a Tulpa living with her original family (she is a split off me). The 2 dogs from different stages of my childhood live with them. 

 

Tinks however lived with me more recently as an adult and as my assistance dog for 15 years our body was intensely strong as I depended on her in a completely different way to pet dogs of the past ..(who were really more my mums dogs as she was the one at home with them all day while dad was at work and we were at school etc). ..They have really been created for Kate’s benefit.  

 

We have decided though as ‘Kate’ belongs in the past with her family of the time they will remain inside.  Ellie has access to all the necessary social skills to help us two blend to ‘become Kate’ for official external appointments.  Effecively her (temporarily) fully blending with me so we become one allows me to ‘age-slide’ to act like a Neurotypical middle aged woman when I need to be. At home alone though we prefer to slide a little apart as we enjoy seeing each other as seperate but being able to share the body and experience the external life co-consciously (...imilar to how conjoined twins would however we have more of an advantage as we can choose to switch between sharing half the body each or one taking front for their favourite tasks (she enjoys cooking more than I do..things from scratch…curries, stews etc) or one taking a break (eg Ellie may choose to go inside and visit the wonderland while myself and Tinks are upfront playing video games or watching something on TV). 

 

Tinks is still with us as our guardian she looks after the wonderland for us and frequently visits us to snuggle with us at night while we’re watching TV.  Now we have a stuffed teddy version of her we can send her cuddles and she understands us giving the replica of her a cuddle is us sending her love…. she will often come at night and take possessin of one foot and rub it against our other leg or foot while we’re watching TV or gaming (like a pet rubbing its head against you as her way of expressing her love back to us). we know when its her and not one of us consciously moving the foot and say ‘love ya Tinks’…she knows we knew it was her and we can feel her happiness. 

 

Anyway today we’re both up front waiting for the new Zelda game to be delivered!!  Yay!!!!  😀

There has been another host integration/switch since the last time we posted. It’s been a very erratic time over the recent years with the perimenopause and constant severe mood swings affecting who fronts…. some of us were not sure if we had DID/OSDD and preferred to believe they were Tulpa but having read many posts from non-DID people who have created Tulpa it is clear we definitely have some level of some kind of a Dissociation Disorder probably heavily influenced by the Autism and a lifetime of feeling the need to ‘mask’.  

 

Also from going on Autism forums talking to people with Autism only (none DID) the differences in their ‘social masks’ and ours. ..we definitely appear to have both! so we have some alters who were originally formed by and still triggered by ‘bullying’ (in any form) and we have some that are clearly Tulpa as they were deliberately created by one of the past alters at some point in our life…..once created everyone in the system can ‘see and communicate with them’. though they may only have special significance to the ones who fronted during the age/situation the Tulpa was originally created. 

 

It has been challenging to seperate as we have aways had ‘changelings’ in the system and you can with DID have ‘fictional introjects’ and it still be DID and NOT a Tulpa. but after years of research and making notes and reading our own journals back (from the perspective of different alters) we have come to the conclusion we definitely have both ‘alters’ (created originally from trauma) and Tulpa’s (non-traumagenic) in the system. 

 

We have had a confirmed Autism diagnosis for years back when (Kanners) Autism and Asperger’s was still seen as seperate, but we haven’t got a diagnosis regarding the Dissociation-specific issues…mainly because we didn’t become aware of other alters until we hit peri menopause and then we’ve also had the pandemic and lockdown so been avoiding large public places since (being placed in ECV group since 2020). 

 

As alot of trauma-related alters from the past have re-integrated, its mainly on a daily basis just a ‘current version of this-me’ (host) up front + Tinks or Kate joining me up front for company or to help with a specific situation. There are still some ‘inside’ who wish to stay there or have gone dormant but remained seperate.

Hi I decided I preferred the name Kitty (previously Lena. Kate, Ellie) it was getting too exhausting for host as winter is on us once again and the pain and fatigue levels are increasing again, she needs all our energy to go on ‘getting through the day’ as we have a real life dog to take care of too. 
 

so I reintegrated all my different ‘versions of me’ just be one self to help and decided I preferred the name Kitty. This is how I see myself in the wonderland (pic below) the physical body is of course older. 
 

other NPC’s  have been left in the holodeck and it turned off, we waited until they went to sleep naturally at the end of ‘their day’, so whenever we reawaken them they will just think it’s the next morning!  Only Tinks has stayed out to help so that’s it for winter `I think, we’re functioning on ‘minimum capacity’ using the combined strength of the 3 of us to get through the oncoming long darker, colder days!

Kitty here!  .... so we're doing ok..we decided to leave a few 'scenery-only' holodeck programs open (with friendly animals...birds, deer etc raoming about) so Tinks could get relief changing form as she enjoys flying round. I like to go meditate too sometimes for a break while JJ & Tinks are playing on video games for a couple of hours. I usually pick a nice summer field to sit in or sometimes a mountain top (not full of snow!) more japanese theme with pink blossom tree's!  This kind of thing

 

 

 

On a daily basis Host and I work together in the mornings ..trying to work out what we can manage that day depending on what energy host has. We always have our dog to walk (host uses a mobility scooter to reduce how much energy that takes) and then try and do a job around the house that needs doing...our front room needs tidying as a nurse is due to take blood at some point this week and we have to wait about watching out for a delivery of our dogs food so we'll try and do a bit of that each day and hope it looks tidier by the time the nurse turns up to take blood! 

 

Host needs a rest around mid day then we try and get something to eat so they've had one good meal at least, play with doggy in garden or do more training with him or another short walk (depends on weather) then Host needs to lie down again. Often by that time the teatime quiz shows are coming on so we sit and watch them together to see how many questions we can answer.

 

Evening depends on how mentally tired host is sometimes we play a video game and sometimes its just having TV on in background and us all snuggled up under the electric blanket. Sometimes its just me or Tinks out front for company and one of us goes inside for some time in the wonderland but we disconnect from host so she doesn't have too much stuff overwhelming her mind when she's really tired.

 

That's it occasionally we have a really good day and manage a bit of physio or get to go somewhere (like family take host out for a meal..I usually go too but Tinks goes to play inside)...only downside then being it takes the body a couple of days to recover energy levels again...sometimes its worth it!

[Kitty] …. We haven’t updated for a while …host still tires quickly but has managed to get xmas shopping sorted. I’ve been helping her do some research we’re trying to find anything that might help increase energy levels and reduce Tinnitus and pain levels. 

 

We’ve found some supplements that are supposed to help make thyroid work better as Host does have thyroid problems and despite quite a high dose of medication doesn’t have that much energy so host has bought some to try for a couple of months to see if she gets more energy! 

 

If we can increase even mental energy so we can re-open the holodecks so the other Tulpa can continue creating their own lives inside that would be great. I’d love to get to spend more time with Baz and for us to get married and have a wonderland Wedding! I live in hope that next year is kind to host so she gets to spend more time enjoying herself than just resting and recovering!

[KITTY]. We have been busy…I’ve been helping host get stuff in for xmas and get wrapping sorted etc.  Tinks has been inside creating a Christmas Wonderland program for the insiders and she would like a new little ‘inside world’ buddy.

 

She’s been fascinated by Panda’s recently after we saw a clip of Planet Zoo game and some cute baby panda meme’s she wants to learn more about them so host has bought Planet Zoo for them for xmas to learn together, then Tinks can go back inside and recreate a natural panda habitat. She’s also creating a new Panda baby Tulpa…well it will be a changeling but will start in baby panda form. ..She will be 'Mummy Panda' then when she’s inside until he develops more sentience We will then decide whether we will explain he’s a changeling and have her teach him about transforming. 

 

How long it takes depends on how much energy our host has for the visualising and meditation. Things are a bit busy now but should settle down after xmas day is out of the way.  Tinks says there’s no rush she is happy to have a new game to learn and play with host. 

 

I’m not that bothered about a present I would like host to be active in the creation of my wonderland wedding to my Tulpa partner Baz and give him full sentience and permenance so we can have a full life in the Wonderland together, she has agreed that will be our focus once we have xmas out of the way as I’d like a Japanese Spring wedding with the cherry blossom trees.

We’ve been snowed in and with our real life dog been sick just after Xmas we haven’t been able to go out for walks which has given host a bit more spare energy. Whilst browsing on Fb these cute AI memes kept coming up involving panda’s, host was thinking of a baby panda bear to host our current dogs spirit after he passed as she affectionally refers to him as ‘ my panda boy’ (he’s a black and white collie). 
 

As we thought he had had a stroke we all worked together on creating a Tulpa host body for his spirit and called him ‘Baby bear’ temporarily…. anyway it fortunately turned out not to be the equivalent of a stroke in dogs but a passing case of Idiopathic Vestibular syndrome common in older dogs. (he’ll be 13 this year and had vomiting, ataxia and nystagmus symptoms badly for the first 4 days)  he has now recovered from it but our new Tulpa baby bear (BB) had been created inside so after watching a cute AI meme that Phoenix (another changeling) also loved featuring a Tiger, Mama panda and baby,  … Nixy and Tinks took BB on a little adventure doing recreation of the AI clip in our wonderland. 
 

it was fun and they love replaying it so we’ll leave the link here so we know where it is until we try and work out how to copy the video clip to photo’s app(on iPad)  for now we just had to take a few screenshots. Having problems with broadband being really slow at the minute so will try uploading photos later.

Normally we have a tradition that on New Years Day we go to a favorite spot (get there for dawn rising) meditate and blend ..all alters come together briefly then we decide who are going to be the main hosts fronting for the following year. 

 

However this year our dog was ill, the storms and high winds felled a tree blocking the only accessible path for our scooter (no idea if its been moved yet as we haven’t been able to get back there yet) and we we’ve also been snowed in so we could not go, so this ‘ceremony’ has not been done for this year. 

 

As temps haven’t gone above freezing the garden and pavements have still been full of frozen clumps of snow iced over and whilst our dog has recovered his ability to walk we haven’t managed to get that far yet because of icy roads being too dangerous to be on with mobility scooter and him trotting alongside.  

 

Temps are jsut above freezing curently so hoping so more snow will melt and with no ice can finally see how far our dog can manage to walk. It will only be a brief reprieve it seems before more snow heads our way at end of the month!  but it gives us chance to get more supplies in. 

 

I don't know if we’ll get to our spot before dawn though, currently temps are still around freezing before dawn so setting off in the dark with ice on the roads to get there for dawn is not really safe. (its usually much milder here over the xmas/new year holiday and these freezing temps don’t usually hit us until end of month/feb/march).  

 

 

PHOENIX

 

Due to our dogs illness and preparing a Tulpa for his spirit (just incase when we thought he’d had a stroke and may not recover) Phoenix (Nixy) has become more active again.  

 

Strictly speaking Nixy is a ‘traumagenic alter' unconsciously created in childhood as a non-human changeling and protector however they have been fascinated with the concept of Tulpa since we came across the word and relaised some of ours were.  Nixy wishes to ‘re-classify themself’ …they were a gender neutral Phoenix bird in their ‘base form’ originally so can be reborn in any form they choose.  

 

By 'base form' I mean the form they revert back to naturally. ..(eg Tinks ‘base form’ is that of her last earth body ‘Inca’ (black dog - pics in previous posts).

 

They have chosen to identify as a Tulpa on re-birth and wish to be re-classified as:

 

Phoenix  - nickname ‘Nixy’  female Changeling Tulpa 

                  base form - Animorphic AI Tiger   

 

Nixy will now be in charge of creating other Tulpa animal companions inside and looking after their needs.  She will be disconnected from the front so host can function in outside world without being constantly lost in visions of what is being created inside…but will update us.  

 

She wished to retain the ability to transform into any animal form and experience co-cosciousness with host permission (so she can see what we’re watching when we’re watching the AI Meme’s and playing video games) but is not interested in taking human form or any hosting duties in the outside life.

 

New Tulpa character designs will be trailed in holosuite first for a fixed time period (not yet decided) then they have to get 'final approval' from us all, before given full sentience and allowed outside of the holosuite in their chosen form. 

 

We have removed ‘ability to transform into human’ option as a safety/security protocol for new Tulpa so they can’t slip out, secretly blend/integrate with a currently dormant (past host) alter and take over the front.   

 

Only Tinks carriies this ability (as ‘Jess’ - human host form) as an emergency backup for the front, though having experienced both she has chosen changeling cos ‘its more fun’! and she preferred her old (base) form and nickname.   She is currently having fun playing Mama Panda to BB inside!  😀
