Ok, first post, so I hope this isn't a redundant question.

I have been working on my Tulpa since early September, and I've had an hour (or so) to work on her every day.

But since her creation she changes form every 2-3 days. (like clockwork). When confronted about this, she made it blatantly clear: "I'm a shape-shifter, silly"

so I ask, (because I am moving onto imposition) which direction I should attack this from? not having a set form makes is very difficult to maintain a visual on her for more then a day.

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

It may well make imposition harder, but certainly not impossible. You might ask her to stay in a consistent form while you're working on imposition, at least until you get partial imposition going.

Ask her to choose one she would be most comfortable most of the time and insist its important for your future relationship. I hope its not too hard to find a base for this.
