Spellknite June 12, 2012 Share June 12, 2012 Right, well, as people who have read my two journal entries may know, I am pretty far into my tulpa creation process. The only problem I seem to be having is with my wonderland. The closest thing to compare it to would be this: The difference being that the pillar has a larger radius and it has an interior which you go down stairs into, with furniture and everything. You can probably tell from this that it is way too complicated. I guess the only reason I have been able to use it for creation is because I only stay on the top of the pillar, and in order to be able to concentrate on talking to my tulpa is because I focus only on the tulpa and her immediate area, the scenery and other surroundings simply going black. So I guess now is as good a time as any to go for something simpler, something indoors where I can actually have my fully formed wonderland and my tulpa at the same time, rather than being able to only visualise one. So I have a couple questions to ask. Will this sudden change in environments have any negative effects on her? And can I revisit the old wonderland once she has been created and possibly switch between the two?
ThatOneGuy June 12, 2012 Share June 12, 2012 It seems completely plausible to me, and switching environments shouldn't have any negative effect. Orange juice helps with concentration headaches.

If anything it sounds beneficial if you're able to maintain two wonderlands. Practicing imposing your tulpa onto two very different environments sounds like it could potentially speed up the actual imposition process. tulpatalk June 12, 2012 Share June 12, 2012 I had started to do something where I would 'zoom' out of looking at the wonderland, putting it in a huge bubble, and shifting my focus to another bubble. It worked, but I decided I didn't need yet. Important to note is that when visiting my wonderland, I have two ways to visit it. One, a normal first-person view. Two, a floating third-person view (:not that I could see my body, though.) The world-switching was in the third-person view. Flower June 12, 2012 Share June 12, 2012 I don't get it.. Isn't the wonderland just a definition of a place which you create in your mind that is constant as long as you want to? In other words, I can just scrap it in one second and turn it into my home town or as stated, have several constant places as long as you visit them in a regular basis with focus in order to define and remember them... The reason why you would remember them so good is cause you have marked them as your wonderland and therefore make them more special and real than any other temporarily imagination. I must have ended up on the wrong planet. Everything here is so strange.

Plus, one should not make a wonderland, anyway.
Flower June 12, 2012 Share June 12, 2012 I've noticed that a wonderland kinda helps me, cause if I go directly into tulpafocring, the intrusive thoughts will prevail. If I run around and do random things in my wonderland for about five mins when I go into meditation, I'll get the time to calm myself down and gain a lot more focus which does prevent my brain from going rampage. However, the place where I force is still kinda isolated from the rest of my wonderland so I do never have to bother with surroundings when I'm there. Now when I think about it, the place kinda reminds me of the Celestial Planetarium. Just with eternal space instead of walls I must have ended up on the wrong planet. Everything here is so strange.
