Sands September 28, 2013 Share September 28, 2013 No, age. You wanted simple terms, so you're getting it. Why overcomplicate it, when the tupper's age is not their form's age? danielle.roberts5 September 29, 2013 Share September 29, 2013 I would say "Creation Age" and "Visual Age". Tulpa: Alex Sex: Female Visual Age: 5 ½ years old Actual Age: A month old Form: Humanoid
ryonaloli October 3, 2013 Share October 3, 2013 There's a difference between how we normally view "age" and "how long something has been around". When someone says age it seems more like they are talking about their physical or apparent age, no? Tulpa: Saki (female) Apparent age: ~9 Looks kinda like this I study neuroscience, so please forgive me if I become overly confrontational when I hear made-up pseudoscientific "theories" filled with anecdotal evidence, emotions, and personal incredulity. Sands October 3, 2013 Share October 3, 2013 No. When someone asks for my age, they don't ask how old I look like. You guys are overcomplicating things again. Kiahdaj October 3, 2013 Share October 3, 2013 Seriously ryonaloli? Really? If someone asks you how old you are, you seriously respond with how old you look? All age is, is an amount of time. It doesn't matter if you look like you're 12 years old--if you've been alive for 40 years, you're fucking 40. "If this can be avoided, it should. If it can't, then it would be better if it could be. If it happened and you're thinking back to it, try and think back further. Try not to avoid it with your mind. If any of this is possible, it may be helpful. If not, it won't be." Ashmo October 3, 2013 Share October 3, 2013 Exactly what Sands and Kiahdaj are saying. I'm 25, I'm also short and look young for my age. Sometimes people actually think I'm 13 or 14. I STILL get carded for PG-13 movies half the time. I don't go around saying I'm 14 because I look so young. I'm 25.
MyCooky October 5, 2013 Share October 5, 2013 I think for a tulpa age is somewhat different than for us, in that it doesn't have a direct meaning. Because tulpa's normally don't get older and some tulpae are created in shorter time than others. I measure my tulpa's age from when I started creating him, but it doesn't have anything to do with his development. For me it's just how long I have been living with my tulpa. Kiahdaj October 5, 2013 Share October 5, 2013 That's the same way most people judge it. And again, everyone's tulpas get older. Their form may not change, but they get older. I don't know why this is such a hard concept to grasp. Also I don't know why development speed is even a factor here. "If this can be avoided, it should. If it can't, then it would be better if it could be. If it happened and you're thinking back to it, try and think back further. Try not to avoid it with your mind. Sands October 6, 2013 Share October 6, 2013 Because people either want their loli tulpa to omg really be the loli or they think they get extra epeen points for saying their tupper is 16 years old instead of 3 months. Guess I should start going around saying my tupper is like 45+ whatever years old to fit in with the cool kids now.
