"Brain Drain"

Recommended Posts

Anyone else get, what lifehacker calls "brain drain"? http://lifehacker.com/318644/ten-ways-to-defeat-brain-drain

This happens a lot when I tupperforce, and it makes me very mentally tired for the next 1-3 days and prevents me from doing anything, including tupperforcing. Is this like muscles in the sense that your mind will get stronger the more you train it? Any solutions?

This post was so hard to make I can't think ;-;

Screw orange juice, I just eat whole oranges in one bite.

WITHOUT PEELING THEM

But yes, I used to, to answer your question, and yes, practice helps.

That I know of, no. It could be so, but I tend to go to bed shortly after forcing, so I'm not sure. (Would explain me getting to bed so easily...)
