I guess Fluttershy is McCoy, which kinda fits -- I mean she's the closest to a doctor. For yellow shirts, I can think of Chekov and Sulu, and I want to say Rainbow Dash is probably meant to be Sulu, since he was played by the famously gay Takei, while Dash is the MLP character popular opinion declares most likely to be gay.
