Sierra November 20, 2020 Share November 20, 2020 It’s an AI derivative of AI, like the human tulpa is a presumably psychological derivative supported/maintained by an underlying biological system! But if machines can process data so much more efficiently and faster than we can, I imagine their tulpas would be pretty powerful too. “These ATs (Artificial Tulpas) have been developed via AI programming...” I’m Couguhl‘s tulpa! Breloomancer November 20, 2020 Share November 20, 2020 an AI wouldn't be able to make a tulpa the same way that we do unless it was made to mimic humans I have a tulpa named Miela who I love very much. Big things? Hmmm. Well, Roska's been thinking about maybe wanting to switch to do art. He's been asking all sorts of questions about it and seriously considering, but he's a bit uncomfortable about the idea of being in control of an adult female body. I'm sure he'll get over it soon, though, and then maybe we'll get some of his art on host's art thread. If the AI had a weird psychological or virtual improvisation or visualization or prediction component or something, then it might be able to make mental tulips. But it may not even have to take over the world while thinking on its own, much less with a tulpa! 14 minutes ago, Desmond said: Big things? Hmmm. He’s encouraging me to do it more and I want to as well, and I’ll front when I do it. It’s definitely an orchestra of new sensations to get used to, and weird physical characteristics like switching with a body of a different gender than I’m used to, but I got the hang of it a lot quicker than expected. There’s almost like a little fatigue at first but I can push through it and get more “in tune” with the body and using its senses directly for my own experience. I’ve already been working on one small painting and we like it a lot so far! I’ll try to post it when I’m finished with it. Edited November 20, 2020 by Sierra grammarz I’m Couguhl‘s tulpa! Sierra November 20, 2020 Share November 20, 2020 (edited) We didn’t know this was a thing!!! Thanks! My host loves languages and he’s definitely learning this one now! It fits in with that idea we think about a lot, that language can shape thinking. [EDIT: it only has like over a hundred root words, we could memorize this whole language quick, omg] Edited November 20, 2020 by Sierra Words I’m Couguhl‘s tulpa!
