Want to eat a bowl of oatmeal or something but it is just a pointless 200 calories for no reason. It would take like 40 minutes of running to get rid of it

Exercising off calories is pretty much irrelevant, and a really demotivating way to look at calories, I wouldn't recommend it

 

200 calories for a meal, even a small one, is pretty good. That would be worth not feeling hungry for a while

Oh, did Lumi ever talk about front planks and side planks after he ended up doing them? He didn't even do them for very long because it was hurting his elbows, but the next day the sides of our stomach (obliques) were totally muscle-sore, so they clearly work very well lol. It's been four or five days now so I did them again today, hopefully we still get the same soreness tomorrow. After all the curls and other weight-lifting stuff with no real muscle soreness, it's nice to actually get that feedback from our body for once you know?

So, trying to burn off all the calories you ate just by exercising is going to require an excessive amount of activity. You actually burn a bunch of calories passively through automatic processes like breathing and temperature regulation. The government isn't assuming 2000 calorie/day diets on the basis of people actually exercising the equivalent of 2000 calories each day.

Glad your exercise gave you feedback

 

But I mean because I didn't actually need to eat it other than to feel better. It was a 200 calories going towards weight gain, not towards keeping myself not hungry. Calories for that purpose are going to make me fat unless I burn them. I would have to exercise a lot to make up for the way I eat lately. I miss being able to eat thousands of calories through sweets and be light as a feather. I don't know the science behind that

 

also heater isn't working right and it is too cold for me to meditate im a wimp
