So I've been getting WAY too little omega-3 Which is dumb, because I only found this out by re-examining what I thought I was eating, "chunk white" tuna, and seeing that eating it once every 9 days is barely scraping by (actually kind of under) the minimum recommended omega-3's per day Whatever, anyways, you can't really get enough omega-3's from just tuna without getting mercury poisoning. So I'm going to try looking into salmon again, even though it's disgusting I can pinch my nose and swallow it if that means getting more than the recommended amount of omega-3's per week in one serving What about linseed / flaxseed oil? It contains 50-70% alpha-Linolenic acid. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linseed_oil#Nutritional_supplement_and_food I put it into salad but also yoghurt daily. Tastes a bit strange but when used in moderation it also goes with sweet stuff. Just don't heat it and keep it in the fridge as it gets rancid relatively quickly. No idea how easily available it is in the US, here you can buy it at any supermarket relatively cheaply in organic quality as we grow flaxseed here. I would advise against fish oil not only for the unpleasant side-effects you mentioned. Many cheap fish-based supplements contain high amounts of pollutants and Vit A which should not be overdosed. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fish_oil#Quality_and_concerns

I thought was due to not drinking but it was more than that I guess. I was very lucid and awake. Now I'm tired and queezy. TB May 10, 2022 Share May 10, 2022 (edited) Room is 50 degrees Turn heater on to warm it up. Aunt screams at me to turn it off and that I need to get out today again For someone so sensitive to cold and always has heaters on she is callous Once she realizes I was just warming myself from the coolness in the morning she seemed to feel bad and apologize and now she can't get it off her mind and keeps bothering me Edited May 10, 2022 by TB Creation for creation's sake. we draw things Resident Dojikko

Luminesce May 10, 2022 Share May 10, 2022 a few days ago it was 80 degrees, and then two days later there was snow on the ground in the morning Hi! I'm Lumi, host of Reisen, Tewi, Flandre and Lucilyn. Everyone deserves to love and be loved. It's human nature. My tulpas and I have a Q&A thread, which was the first (and largest) of its kind. Feel free to ask us about tulpamancy stuff there.
TB May 10, 2022 Share May 10, 2022 (edited) I like the cooler days I hate being hot. I don't like being cold either but warming up from cold feels better than trying to cool off in heat I wish my aunt wasn't insane I can't tell if spring weather is good or miserable. I feel like it is the season where you can be bothered by it being too hot and too cold in the same day Edited May 10, 2022 by TB Creation for creation's sake. we draw things Resident Dojikko
TurboSimmie May 10, 2022 Share May 10, 2022 This is how I know you live nowhere near me; two days ago it was 62 degrees and today it is 72, and it's been sunny the whole time. 😎 In my opinion April-May and September-October are the most pleasant months of the year, at least where I live. Summer gets too hot except if you're on the beach! 😁🏖️💚 If I could live at the beach I'd wish for summer all year long! 💚 Tulpa Wife & Mother! 💚 💍 11.28.21 👶 4.7.23 👗 Simmie's AI Dress-Up! 📷 Chloe and Simmie's Photographic Adventures!
