Srn347 July 2, 2022 Share July 2, 2022 Days 3 and 4? I thought progressive overload only lasts 48 hours? Yo, my name is Sean and I'm the host of 2 tulpas: Sente and Mae. You'll know when they're talking because Sente talks in yellow text and Mae talks in blue text.
Lucilyn July 2, 2022 Share July 2, 2022 (edited) what is progressive overload lol "Delayed onset muscle soreness" (which is post-working-out soreness) says "The soreness is felt most strongly 24 to 72 hours after the exercise." for us it's like that, the next day is some soreness and then the NEXT day is the sore-est, the day after that though has only been rough since we've started actually working out lol, day 4 soreness wasn't really a thing from casual stuff before Edited July 2, 2022 by Lucilyn Hi, I'm one of Lumi's tulpas! I like rain and dancing and dancing in the rain and if there's frogs there too that's bonus points. I think being happy and having fun makes life worth living, so spreading happiness is my number one goal! Srn347 July 2, 2022 Share July 2, 2022 Yeah, that makes sense. That's how you know it's working I suppose. Yo, my name is Sean and I'm the host of 2 tulpas: Sente and Mae. Lucilyn July 2, 2022 Share July 2, 2022 according to not just our friend but our friends, muscle soreness from working out tends to go away after working out becomes routine apparently muscle soreness is mostly associated with using new muscles for the first time/in weird ways, but not specifically with muscle gains at all, so eventually you have to just know you're working out well without the soreness to back it up (maybe depends on the muscle though) Hi, I'm one of Lumi's tulpas! Well some of it was brisk I started to slow down from tiredness Also got a lot of direct sun exposure so hope that helps with missing vitamin d pills Edited July 2, 2022 by TB Creation for creation's sake. TB July 2, 2022 Share July 2, 2022 There is something wrong with me lol. I was listening to my aunt talk to my dad's girlfriend and she said something I didn't catch so I moved to rewind it so I could understand it clearly for a split second before remembering I can't rewind reality Creation for creation's sake.
