i thought that a big part of the reason why carbon monoxide was so dangerous was because it's colorless and odorless

it is i am partially just joking. What I actually smell smells like a gas leak from an oven or something and usually there is carbon monoxide inside those things. Like a car exhaust has a smell but it also has carbon monoxide in it. The smell went away now though

Let's all take a moment of silence for my roleplay character jack. He looked like this.

The Black and White Jester was bringing the world to an end with his madness, and declared a day for a final battle. In order to help make sure his friends were strong enough to handle it, he went to the king of all genies and asked him to empower (my name) and Byakko, in exchange for his life. He ceases to exist now, not even in the afterlife. He gave up everything to keep his friends safe. The way the wish was carried out was giving them Saiyan blood so they immediately got several times stronger.

CO detector is a good thing to have. Still be careful, it does nothing against unburnt gas and if that's leaking you can blow up the entire house. Happens frequently.

Also I'm really not fond of people getting cats or dogs when they cannot provide them with a good life. Lets's not even talk about dogs but a cat also doesn't deserve to be locked in a small apartment all alone while you are at work most of the day. Solitary confinement for life. Seeeing how much our cats roam around and interact with other cats and humans in the neighborhood, that's just a terrible outlook. Also who looks after cat when you're away? You can't even go on holiday or visit your parents for more than a day.

Inside cats should have at least their front claws declawed entirely

Are you 4 real?

There's a reason declawing is illegal and severely punished as animal cruelty in basically every civilized country including the entire EU. Also in some US states. Leave cat claws alone, they're protected by 2nd cat amendment which shall not be infringed!

If you can't provide cats with an environment where they can scratch and claw things, you shouldn't be allowed to have a cat at all. They're not toys for your entertainment. Host had a cat who liked to scratch the wall at a corner until she reached the bare bricks. Ripped out entire chunks of plaster. Also on trees outside but that obviously wasn't enough.

I'd like to give the cat a good life. Can you only get a cat if you don't work? I thought they were good at adapting and chillin on their own. What does your cat do when you are at work? I assume you work anyway.

Lumi seems to say from my pictures that it is a nice size so it isn't as small as he thought I presume, and that's considering that they look much much smaller in the photo than they do in real life. Maybe I could even get 2 cats or a cat and a dog so they can interact while I'm away.

Also my friend had a cat he loved a lot but he had to work almost everyday even weekends, so it was used to not seeing them for 8 to 10 hours a day.  If you can't leave them for that amount of time Idk who in the world has a happy cat. If it really is that bad maybe get one when I am making full time money from drawing at home

I'm a tupper, I don't work.
My slave host does that for me.

But our cats can go in and out through the cat door as they please, catch some mice, fight other cats or pester the neighbors. So they're never alone, they're part of a community and there's always someone who will look after them even when we're on holiday. That's very different from a single cat locked in a flat. Even if you have two who get along, they're probably not happy if you're not around most of the day.

At least ours aren't. You should see what happens when we come home. Well before we come home. They usually climb over the gate and greet us on the street.

Also as said you need to plan in advance what happens if you have to be away for a couple of days. Well it's almost like having a child. Quite some responsibility that should not be taken lightly.

I see. So your cat is both indoor and outdoor? Interesting. Maybe I can invest in a cat door as well.

If I had to be gone for a few days I would probably higher a baby sitter for the cat, or get a relative or friend to do it for me

I don't want to take it lightly though I want to be responsible and ready, it's just I've grown up with an animal around the house my entire life and it feels weird not to have one.  It was always a chill thing.

I just spilt a cup of pomegranate juice all over myself and keyboard. It is staining my white pants. I feel like I'm about to be in a cleaning commercial. Also more reason for Lumi to worry about me and my excessive dojikkoness

Now I'm thinking about death and the fact if I get a pet they will one day die and it is making me depressed

Where is everyone?

I'm going to try to take tulpamancy and my beliefs less seriously and go with the flow with what I want to believe and see how my happiness goes and what degree of emotional dissonance I have
