I'm not sure if this is the same for everyone, but the hardest part of learning new long-term skills for us is when we see too much stuff we don't know how to do/etc. at once and have to fight off the overwhelming feeling that there's too much to ever learn. There are countless examples, but it's basically just whenever you get a glance at or hear about waaaay too much of an overarching process and your brain pretends it'll have to comprehend all of that at once.

 

Been trying my best to ignore it/shut it down when it's happened recently, but it sure is happening a lot as I'm looking into texturing+lighting+whatever-else models (esp. for games)
