TB June 11 Share June 11 What is a packet of tuna? I've only had cans of tuna. And I'm currently taking Super Omega-3 EPA/DHA Fish Oil pills from Life Extension in the hopes it will make me feel better. I can't quite tell if they are or not. I also have taken dopa mucuna and it seems to work slightly. I hope I can get some practice done today since I finished my commission. It's on my twitter if anyone wants to see it. It's jank but they were pleased with it so that's good and all that matters I guess. I currently have this issue of I can't get up in the morning. I slept until like 10 or 11 this morning. This sucks my day is almost over and I just started it lol. I found a free meditation teacher. I just sent them an email and asked if I could have their skype so I can call them sometime for advice. Omega-3's are important, they're the hardest of the vitamins to get since they can't come in multivitamins (at least not in a sufficient amount, the ones our family takes have about 1/6 the minimum daily amount recommended), so you either need to take gross giant fish oil pills, eat fish, or put a lot of flax seed oil in your food probably nearly every day Hi! Motivation-depressive episodes for us can come and go just based on the activities we're doing (I was stuck doing a whole lot of nothing which is why it even happened), so I might feel slightly better just from having been participating in conversations on Discord for the last 2 hours It might or might not help based on past experience, it's hard to keep track of. So far I haven't had a motivation-depressive episode in the days following eating tuna before, but I often go weeks without remembering to eat tuna and honestly the episodes have been rarer this year, so few opportunities to study it. As best I could tell in the past though, there was no direct association with diet or (indoor) exercise, and since it's just happened for the first time in a long while now, it seems like the only real cause is when I haven't felt up to doing anything for a while. I know it sounds like the symptom not the cause, but I do think if I were say doing entertaining things it wouldn't happen, but doing a whole lot of nothing and not having anything I feel able to do does seem to lead into it every time. Or maybe it is just a symptom that builds over some hours/days, who knows Regardless, I need to schedule ketamine appointments so they can take my entire bank account to give me a "More easily restructure neural connections" buff for a couple months.
