Oh okay. I'm glad you are okay

I need something to eat and maybe I'll feel better. I jogged again for longer distance maybe but I walked some of it because I couldn't keep going. 0.07 miles further according to watch but I ran only a little over half of it, so for some reason I could not run as long as yesterday. There was a hill to go up but that was after I already stopped

Not going that way anymore because that street for some reason smells like a rotting mass grave. I thought I was going to puke in the street

I took a cold shower so that is nice afterwards

What are you going to do today?

That's a lot planned.

What do you mean design and invention?

Currently I'm looking up local shoe stores. Although I might just order a pair through Amazon. Found a brand called Brooks and the shoe name is Ghost. It looks to have pretty positive reviews I'm going to see if I can find a YouTube video about it.

I'm going to go looking at apartment today after work.

I got to drop a package off at the UPS store for Amazon return.

I don't really have a whole lot more planned after work.

And oh okay. For running shoes? I was thinking of getting asics. I found asics kayano, which someone said is like the ferrari of running shoes, for half price on amazon lol, so I feel that might be a good deal. They might be a year or a few years old model since I think new running shoes come out every year so they get cheaper after time. I was originally going to get gt-1000 or something since supposed to be cheaper I thought, but the kayano was cheaper than the gt-1000s i found. The gt-1000s I found are the most distilled blue in the universe though so I like that. Those shoes contain 95% of the planet earth's blue reserves. the kayano are blue and orange, which is a little weird of a combo

I was also going to get a cheap thingamabobber that you put your phone in while running so it doesn't bounce around in your pocket or potentially fall out

Because you didn't take a rest day like I recommended

And it's easier to put your all into working out/exercising when you know your body is repaired

I might have ran faster without realizing it at the time. It seems too little to need a rest day since it is only a couple minutes or so of running at most. I can understand if I sprinted and my legs needed to heal, but it was harder to breath

I could also be misjudging the distance since I didn't run the same place because I didn't want to run after a garbage truck

And oh, my watch did say I performed moderate exercise on this run today, where it didn't say it was even moderate yesterday. Not sure if it says that because I was out longer overall or if it can tell if I worked harder, idk

Also I already was planning to shower today so wanted to shower after running

Also running is 20 quadrillion times harder than jumproping lol, interesting. I wonder how much it is even worth jumproping. I guess doing 200 jumpropes can be a little stimulating. It was harder in the beginning

Thinking about it, walking briskly is harder than jump roping I think. Surprisingly light of an activity

Tummy wummy hurty wurty

What other sort of exercises are you doing?

Just running or walking which I recently started to do outside of just necessity, jump rope, and lifting weights. I want to get back into push ups and do something for core muscles but things get dirty faster than I clean them

Huh, a couple minutes? Why would you go home after 2 minutes of running? You can just walk for a minute or two and keep going
