The guy at work that does a lot of running suggested this for a tendon issue that I've been struggling with.

It reminded me of your shin splints It could be worth a shot and it can be done with some stuff at home.

I woke up dead

 

so uncomfortable but didn't want to move or get up

 

I failed to wake up early

 

it seems impossible to wake up early enough to run when it isn't unreasonably hot consistently

 

internet won't tell me how much fish you need to get 1,600mg of omega 3s. It just says 2 servings a week to get a healthy amount, so I guess that is 1600x7?. Also idk if the fish oil is causing the issue but I heard it can

 

I dreamed I was byakko I think though. Melatonin definitely works at going to sleep very fast, especially at 10mg. I'd rather take 3 though. I got 5mg pills so I could cut them in half. 5mg wasn't working fully last night though unless I needed to wait more

 

I also see a video about a study saying xylitol is linked to heart disease, so that's not good. I've used that for matcha tea for a while recently

Oh maybe I misunderstood something, that's ok. Someone came along and revived him shortly after he woke up. Probably Rena.

 

I had matcha ice cream once when I was traveling, it's an acquired taste. I'm sure I could get used to it given enough exposure. If you have an opportunity try a matcha latte let me know how it turns out.
