In system Re:Body(In order of the rainbow): Sean, Esper, Blinky, Compact, Janey, Kyle, Gwen'd, Gwen, Emily, Rollin, Waynin, Trease, Layy, Justin, Chloe, Zachery, and Elliot. I've been here a while. Much longer than I thought I'd be. Our system was founded October 2nd, 2018. In early 2020, we decided that due to our systems exponential growth, we'd limit who would be active. Now, every month, we do a check to see who wishes to be in dormancy and who wishes to be active. Currently, for the month of April, 2023, we've got myself(Bryan), Janey(Co-host), Emily, Layy, Chloe, and Esper(sub-rep). After over 2 long years, we can finally switch :) Bryan is currently swapped in as host, Esper is sub-rep. We need to be empathetic to everyone, especially those we disagree with. It just further entrenches division if we shut people out. Show love and not hate. Improving the economy helps everyone and should be our number one priority. A rising tide lifts all ships. Raising income to keep up with inflation, incentives for spending and investing in the economy and ensuring that the money is getting put into pay and benefits instead of eternally getting funneled upwards to make money for investors. Gen Z men want to hear that they can have a liveable wage not that they're more dangerous than bears or that thousands of years of patriarchy is their fault. We need to stop focusing on our differences and look at our shared struggles and humanity. Justice is blind and is for everyone. We need to get to work and start building a community now, not wait another four years. When Trump can't deliver on his promises, we need to be waiting with open arms and a plan to heal and rebuild. TB November 7, 2024 Share November 7, 2024 (edited) it's discouraging when some people are just blind fanatic supporters that are hate filled, though. my friend was talking about how his dad can't stop watching trump on tv and if trump isn't being shown anymore, they flip the channels until they find one with trump on, and he cheers for his plan to deport 20 million immigrants. I feel bad for them. imagine having a homophobic father who hates immigrants, and you are married to an immigrant of the same sex lol. sitcom scenario if it wasn't so depressing. imagine being almost 30 and not out to your dad because his homophobia is too strong it would destroy everyone's lives. hard to be empathetic or understanding of that, but enough of the country is exactly that and so got trump elected, apparently starting to think like bre and believe it isn't possible for our current system to reform into anything that makes sense or is sustainable or not prone to infinite abuse though yeah, don't be aggressive or combative with people for no reason (if at all). I forgot how vitriolic anti trump people can be to trump people who maybe don't understand who they are supporting fully.
