today, have have truly taken scrambled eggs to new heights. flavorful, but still light, and a texture so delicate that it practically melts in your mouth. there are really only two ways that i can see to improve on it: use slightly less oil (because the eggs did come out just the slightest bit greasy), and add grated cheese. going into it, i knew that grated cheese would have made it better, of course, but i just didn't want to bother with it. i think that someday soon, i may achieve the perfect eggs

i just eyeball it, but generally i don't use very much of any individual seasoning. maybe the equivalent of 4 good turns on a pepper grinder. if you use to little, the flavor will just be uninteresting, but if you use too much, it can become entirely inedible

recently, i tried some variations on my recipe that made me feel slightly ill when i ate them, and it has made me less interesting in eating ramen again. it makes it hard to remember what it was actually like when i enjoyed it. was it ever good? or have my tastes changed, and now if i tried it how i normally make it, i would feel sick again?

i don't think that it's safe to say that at all. two bad experiences is not enough to draw a conclusion with any degree of certainty, especially since the variations were quite different from how i usually make it. nonetheless, two bad experiences in a row had made me a lot less enthusiastic about further testing
