Reisen February 11 February 11 (edited) We almost always just drink filtered water, though the last few months we've rarely drank a can of whatever soda our family has around, but we treat soda like a snack and not a drink if that makes sense (Well, at home anyways, at restaurants it's a drink again) Edited February 11 by Reisen Hi guys, plain text is just me now! In system Re:Body(In order of the rainbow): Sean, Esper, Blinky, Compact, Janey, Kyle, Gwen'd, Gwen, Emily, Rollin, Waynin, Trease, Layy, Justin, Chloe, Zachery, and Elliot. I've been here a while. Much longer than I thought I'd be. Our system was founded October 2nd, 2018. In early 2020, we decided that due to our systems exponential growth, we'd limit who would be active. Now, every month, we do a check to see who wishes to be in dormancy and who wishes to be active. Currently, for the month of April, 2023, we've got myself(Bryan), Janey(Co-host), Emily, Layy, Chloe, and Esper(sub-rep). After over 2 long years, we can finally switch :) Bryan is currently swapped in as host, Esper is sub-rep. Reisen February 11 February 11 (edited) Gotta brush your teeth consistently when you're a soda-drinker, though even then it still damages your teeth a little over time (but if you're drinking it anyways, that's better than damaging a LOT over time). Unrelated-related advice, apparently most people brush too hard and actually wear their teeth/gums down if they do so every single day. Some dentists (I wonder how many out of how many..) say electric toothbrushes actually do well enough vibrating on their own that you don't even need particularly active brushing strokes lol. Still gotta angle it both ways though Flossing is also very important regardless of soda, letting food rot between your teeth is sooo gross. We personally use floss sticks to make flossing easier, but our family's told us that water flossers are absolutely amazing and that we should switch to one of those, so there's that to consider Edited February 11 by Reisen Hi guys, plain text is just me now! Byakko February 12 February 12 water flossers? haven't thought of that tb's brushed and flossed once a day, usually before bed, for most their life and dentists seem to always say her teeth are really good. occasionally extra brushings or flossings if necessary case by case. haven't had a cavity since being a child, and even then it was rare
Reisen February 12 February 12 To be clear I was specifically saying people brush too hard, and if you do that every day, you're wearing your teeth/gums down - brushing gently twice a day is still great, or at least brush after eating anything that gets on your teeth Hi guys, plain text is just me now!
