tried water flossers a while back and it sucked.

I brush nightly and occasionally in the morning (I'm not eating in my sleep, right?) but probably too aggressively 😭

Hey there, the name's Bryan. In system Re:Body(In order of the rainbow):

Sean, Esper, Blinky, Compact, Janey, Kyle, Gwen'd, Gwen, Emily, Rollin, Waynin, Trease, Layy, Justin, Chloe, Zachery, and Elliot.

I've been here a while. Much longer than I thought I'd be. Our system was founded October 2nd, 2018. In early 2020, we decided that due to our systems exponential growth, we'd limit who would be active. Now, every month, we do a check to see who wishes to be in dormancy and who wishes to be active. Currently, for the month of April, 2023, we've got myself(Bryan), Janey(Co-host), Emily, Layy, Chloe, and Esper(sub-rep). After over 2 long years, we can finally switch :)

Bryan is currently swapped in as host, Esper is sub-rep.

many people have shockingly little self control. they see something they want, and they buy it, even if it's a terrible deal

Wow the asus proart px13 is 250 bucks off on bestbuy. I can buy a high-end laptop for the price of a high-end laptop

Would you like one too

if tb knew she could get so much arizona tea for so cheap from walmart+ sooner she might have brought those instead of relying on what college sells to buy work lunch and drink for so long

Thanks for the tip, I didn't realize they sold them in packs at walmart. I usually get a single bottle of arizona from dollar tree when I'm craving it

We were warned that the lowest pressure setting was still really strong on the ones our family got, so that can be an issue, but with how glowing the reviews were I think they're worth a second chance (with a different one)

brush after eating anything that gets on your teeth

like a mcgriddle

not saying brushing twice every day is bad but tb has just done generally once and seems to have not suffered any major consequences

mcgriddle days are the brush 3 times today days, 2 of them being after the mcgriddle

np! we were pretty shocked at how cheap they were

though beware we read on reddit arizona tea pricing is a YMMV type deal. some places may sell a can 99 cents, 88 cents, or like 3 dollars. you never know. if they sell for more than 99 cents you can apparently complain to the company though and they will threaten to stop stocking it to them or something

I personally had a good experience with a water flosser. You really just have to find one that isn't too strong but still includes those pick attachments, because those do most of the heavy lifting

I would say to still use regular floss along with it. It got harder to flush out food the further back I went

What's it run for

Just off the top of your head if you can remember

it was like 5.12 or something, for a 12 pack of normal sized cans, but was on sale for like 4.88. that's not the tall arizona tea cans, but that is still way cheaper than a 12 pack of soda, and amounts to less than  50 cents a can. those prices might be off but not by much if so, just by a small amount of cents

tb's dad uses a water pick for flossing i think

someone once said they use a water pick meant for flossing to also clean their ears with

yeh like 40 cents for a can of tea. i have never seen something in the store individually sold for 40 cents or less unless it was a quarter machine, but most quarter machines ask for 50/75/100 cents nowadays

Edited by Byakko

That.. I hope they asked their doctor if that's okay.. I feel like it'd be too chaotic and get stuff further in your ear, but I don't know how to compare it to normal ear cleaning where you turn your head sideways and put whatever liquid in it. Bleh, just glad we don't have to do anything like that

Water picks are too much maintenance for me. I didn't mind it back then but I definitely do now, but whatever works man

Mine didn't last long at all
